Our room was spacious and had nice quality bed linens, pillows, and towels. It was very clean and cozy. My only small complaint were there was that there were no fires at night which we looked forward to. Pretty view of the mountain too.

Don't let the somewhat drab front exterior fool you - the interior is very nice. The rooms are excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful. The firepit was great. We'll definitely stay here again!!!

Fantastic views, super cute set up and friendly service! We loved the decor, everything was clean and well kept and a light breakfast included. The brewery down the road was t good but our hotel stay was perfect

I rate the hotel 3. The lady who was there on check out was nice, and very pleasant. At check in though: The receptionist at the check in did not tell us about the amenities at all. The room was too close to the entrance. It was very noisy. I could hear every conversation in the dining room and reception area. One of the towels had a disgusting stain on it. The room decor was ok but the room has poor layout: the toilet is placed in the area with the shower and there is a door there that makes it hard to get in and out. The room we had , had a very dirty balcony. Full of bugs. And was looking into the parking lot. Breakfast was included but was very limited and basic. In summery, I would not stay there next time, There are many other options in that area. I would not stay there next time.

Our room was amazing, with a beautiful view of the mountains, clean bathroom, and plenty of room for four. The only things that detracted from our stay weren’t really the establishment’s fault, but there were guests out by the firepit who were talking and laughing loudly to almost 1am - quiet times were from 10pm-6am if I’m not mistaken. Also the guests staying in the room next to ours were smoking marijuana, and the smoke kept blowing into our room from the balcony. We had to close the door and window to prevent our room from reeking of weed. We have no issues of people smoking weed, but we would rather not be forced to smell their smoke. There should be designated smoking/vaping areas outside the main building. The food was great, a bit salty though, specially the burger which was pretty salty. And that made us wish the breakfast experience was similar to dinner. If only the kitchen was open for breakfast/lunch/dinner, it would have been even more awesome. But I understand this being a small bed and breakfast, that it might not be feasible. We will definitely stay again, but we hope not to have smoking neighbors next time.

Restaurant and bar was not open the day I was there but staff made some recommendations. The extra fee covers amenities but I had to leave early before breakfast was available

To start with, I reserved delux room with mountain view and was given a non-view room towards highway. There was no one at the desk after 9pm to complain. We could not sleep because the blackout blind left slits on both ends allowing light to fall directly on to your face on the pillow. Then the light by bed did not work. There are not enough light. I turned on TV with sound off to get some light! Breakfast was ok. Coffee, bagels, muffins, yogurt, two types of cereal. There was no hot items (eggs, sausage, bacon..). The apples were bruised and couldn't eat them. Nobody was there to clean the tables. Some guests left without cleaning their tables and it just stayed that way. Definitely would not recommend.

We enjoyed our weekend stay. Room was comfortable and clean. Front desk was polite and checking in was easy. My only feedback for the hotel staff would be to check ceiling in shower as it has mold that is obviously showing.

Great little lodge, with a restaurant right on site. It was extremely dog friendly and very close to Tannersville which has many dog friendly eateries.

Lovely Lodge. The room was very spacious and well apportioned with a patio overlooking the mountain. There was a nice common room with a fireplace and library. Location was convenient to Tannersville and Saugerties Breakfast was thin but overall was very satisfied with the accommodations.

Loved our stay. The rooms are large, freshly renovated, stylish and affordable. We loved being able to see the mountains directly from our window. They also have a lovely restaurant and library. I’m surprised they don’t host events.

This was a great, quick stay for us! We really appreciated that they left us our room keys (and popcorn!) up front, as we arrived late in the evening from traveling. Our overall experience was perfectly fine. The place was beautiful, and we were excited to get our room upgraded to a suite. Two notes (perhaps not cons for anyone else, but stood out to us) to mention: 1. The building was incredibly quiet. Not in a 'nice and relaxing' way, but almost in an eerie way. Like not a sound to be heard. We felt as though we had to whisper even when we were in our rooms. 2. Of the two, this is my only true con: The locks on the doors are not very comforting. There was one small and loose deadbolt on the door, and one small lock on the door leading to the balcony (which wasn't far off the ground). Personally, I find it incredibly important that lodges / hotels are as secure as possible for guests, so I would have felt much. better if there was a chain lock or other sort of bolt. Other than those two notes, it was perfectly fine for the price.
