1. On the first day, I was not allowed to enter the room because I arrived at the location at 02.30AM. Apart service is only until 01.00AM, even though Traveloka tickets do not include that condition. 2. Coffee, tea and sugar sachets are not available in the room. 2 bottles of bottled drinking water only for the first day. 3. The room was cleaned only once on the first day I came in after that it wasn't cleaned again. It's really bad.
