This is a nice hotel, a lot entertaining facilities on the lobby floor, room is very clean, service is good. A big eating plaza right next to the hotel, very convenient.

Super cleanliness and excellent staff, very hopeful and accommodating.

La décoration est moderne, tendance et fun. J'ai passé un agréablement moment avec les loisirs gratuits à disposition. Le menu du restaurant est un peu léger et le, petit dejue'er manque un de choix sinon, très bien pour le reste.

My second time in this hotel. Super good location for going to Shenzhen North Station in early morning. Restaurants and shopping mall are just down stairs. Staff are nice and the check in check out process is quick and convenient.

今次是第二次入住，沒有upgrade 服務，前台說房已滿做不到，但我查看網站仍有房間預訂，晚上回酒店也見到前台工作人員upgrade 比其他客人。上一次入住時因沖涼房太滑朋友滑到在地上，背脊受傷，已與前台反映此問題，但今次再到只見了貼上小心地滑的貼紙在玻璃上，沒有加裝防滑條在沖涼房，沒有任何改善。希望酒店可正視此問題，萬一有老人家或其他客顧滑到引起嚴重受傷，便不好了。

Such a small room, not even the space for my suitcase, overheated, noisy from the 3rd floor bar even if staying 6th floor. Housekeeping lady was really nice and breakfast was quite complete with a good selection. I understand the concept of factory fashioned modern trendy hotel but it is not my taste. I have better options around SZ bei. 1st and last stay
