By security, I spent more than 2 hours just going back and forth between buildings without any certainty about the room. No guidance was given. The only number available was a one-way machine voice recording. So without seeing the rented unit, I could only go home

Disappointing because I had to make another deposit. My guest ended up not staying and checked out straight away. He left his glasses in the room and couldn't contact the roomboy.
