Self check-in and check-out at the kiosk. Location is very near to Hakodate station. Setback: We can’t refill hot water during breakfast time.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was close to the station, just a four-minute walk. I was a little surprised to find my umbrella was being used by another guest. But it was returned the next morning.

I love this hotel. The room is big compared to your usual Japanese hotels. The breakfast is cheap and varied too! Plus, it's so near to the station. It has free luggage storage to store your luggage if you want to explore after/before you check out/in, and a laundry room too. It's close to Hakodate Morning Market too, and the price to value is soo great. I would come back here.

Great location. Only 10 minutes walk from Sapporo station. The room is surprisingly quite spacious and we booked the 3 beds room.

It is near Hakodate Station, near the tram, and is very convenient for going anywhere.

This is the second time my family has stayed at this hotel, great hotel for the price.

Just across the Hakodate Station and Bus Terminal. Walking distance to Red Brick Warehouse, Hakodate Bay, and Hachimanzaka area. If you're not a fan of walking, there's a street car/tram stop near the hotel. The lobby is very modern, but the room looks a bit old. However, the room is clean and the amenities are good. The staff were really helpful and friendly, too.

Very satisfied, the hotel is very near to the train station, Hakodate Morning Market, and not far from important locations that we would like to go to.

Literally across Hakodate station, next to a very delicious ramen, you should try it if you can eat non-halal. Konbini also nearby. The room size is okay, but the toilets are too tight.

Will stay again. Great location, room is clean with a comfortable bed. Staff are helpful too.
