Overall great stay - would definitely stay again The reception staff were so helpful and friendly - gave great advice on which beaches to go to and how to access them The accommodation is literally on top of the main interchange so unrivalled in terms of transport links - we got the bus to San Sebastián The room was fab with fridge, sink etc Some of the sheets were stained which is my only criticism but don’t let that out you off - I’m sure they would have given me fresh ones if I had asked

Great location at bus station. Easy to get everywhere via the trams. Comfortable room and very good amenities for cooking and washing. Highly recommend

Reasonable overnight stay.

I was over for two athletic club games it’s literally a 3 minute walk from the stadium perfect location, it is right above the bus station and has its own gym and the staff were brilliant and helpful, has everything you need and more perfect location for a walk to the city in 5 minutes maybe 20 minute walk from the old town. I will certainly be back to resa San mames when in Bilbao again

It was not to expensive and was quiet. They had a small gym and AC.

Was amazed by this accommodation. It seemed brand new. It was spotless. One of the quietest places I’ve ever stayed. I was on the 10th floor and the view from the window was amazing. I presume students can live there so there was loads of storage for clothes. Lots of nice desk space. I was really impressed. I didn’t check out the breakfast, but I found a very nice cafe downstairs for dinner called Mao. The only negative I can find is that my shower ran hot and cold, both days.

I loved the room that I stayed in, it was very clean and comfortable. It was very nice that it included a kitchenette with a fridge and utensils that I could use. The bed was comfortable and the view was beautiful. The staff at the front desk were very helpful as well.

New building and equipment. Kind staff. The kitchen or kitchenette is basic but functional with utensils and fridge. Breakfast is not exceptional but matches the price

El alojamiento está muy bien ,tienes en la habitación una mini nevera,una placa vitrocerámica y fregadero .también sus respectivos platos,vasos,etc..,las personas de recepción muy majas y te ayudan en todo ,las chicas de la limpieza y del desayuno majisimas ,volvere

Muy bien situado sobre la terminal de autobuses, y dotado de una pequeña cocina donde prepararse algo para comer.

Overall it was good. The service was excellent. The temperature in the A/C is fixed and you cannot modify it, also it turns off automatically and you'd have to start it again: not a good feature in the middle of a heatwave or hot summer night. Other than that, zero complaints. Great location.

場所は最高でした。冷蔵庫やレンジ、鍋や皿、IHコンロまである。 ２泊しましたが、タオルの交換があるともっと良いと思いました。

Breakfast was awful but fortunarely it was until 10:30 but there wasnt much else than coffee, bread and cereal. I dont think my room was cleaned even once during 6 nights visit. Best thing about the room is bathroom and worst part is the bed. Place also had gym which was nice and location decent. However the place failed on two major issues; breakfast and bed. Note: Im 29 and used to crappy student meals and sleeping in crappy hostels.

Es war super jedoch für kontinentalfrühstück kaum auswahl! Kein geschirr kochmöglichkeiten im zimmer obwohl küche vorhanden ist!

Alojamiento muy nuevo y con buenas instalaciones, hasta lavandería con secadora, zona de ocio (ping pong, tumbonas). El personal de recepción muy atento, me atendió la Srta. Elena a mi llegada y fue muy amable y resolutiva con un pequeño problema con el extractor de humos. Las habitaciones con microondas, vitro y frigo. Todo perfecto.

La residenza ha il suo punto di forza nella posizione che è veramente ottima...ma La Pulizia lascia molto a desiderare specialmente nei servizi igienici. prima colazione sufficiente

Comodissima!! Non aspettiamoci un 4 stelle, ma è una struttura nuovissima, pulita, funzionale. Colazione servita in un'ampia sala con la terrazza esterna, dolce e salata. Letti comodissimi, un bel bagno con doccia enorme. un armadio comodo per i 5gg in cui noi abbiamo soggiornato. Ma la cosa più importante è la comodità ai mezzi. Praticamente la residenza universitaria è parte integrante (un palazzo sopra) la sezione dei bus Intermodal dove arriva e parte (capolinea) il bus per l'aeroporto che in 20 minuti arriva a destinazione. Appena fuori dalla residenza a 30 metri c'è l'ingresso alla metropolitana per raggiungere la città vecchia o le zone di mare appena fuori Bilbao.
