Great place, up to standards in every aspect. Safe, secure, no gringo pricing and most important of all great customer service. A must place to visit.

Spacious, clean rooms located in the center of Armenia; in short, a very good option for business trips. The only thing is not to arrive too late, as it's an area with a lot of commerce but it closes before 11, and there are quite a few homeless people, plus it's not very safe at that hour.

The hotel fulfills the essentials one looks for: a comfortable place to rest, a good bathroom, and space to leave belongings. Its location is convenient, near the bus terminal, making it easy to get to and from destinations like Cocora Valley, Recuca, and others. We booked through Ayenda, paid directly through their platform, and the reception does not accept card payments. A positive point is that our room was cleaned every day. Areas for improvement: they didn't provide soap or towels, and sometimes the bathroom smelled like sewage, which is unpleasant, especially in the heat. We also recommend not arriving too late, as there are homeless people in the surrounding area, and you might not feel entirely safe. Overall, it's an affordable hotel, making it a good option when traveling on a budget. We recommend it for its functionality and location, although there are some important details that should be improved.

The hotel had terrible service, from the receptionist to the manager. The fan didn't work, and they never gave us a remote for the TV. The towels were in awful condition—old and ugly. The pillows had a cheap plastic cover, and it was torn. The sink faucet didn't work, and the shower door didn't open all the way. The room itself was large, but everything else was terrible. That's why I'm giving it a one-star rating, and I would never return. There are other hotels in the Ayenda chain for the same price with better facilities and service.
