Location is great for moving around everywhere in Tijuana, quiet and safe, staff is great in service

This is my 4th time visiting this hotel, but I can't give it a 5 on this stay. In cleanliness 3, the bed not was very clean, I found hairs from previous visitor, property condition 3, because the room was very noisy, although thanks to the quick attention of the staff it has decreased a bit.

Very confortable 👍

I was a little disappointed this time around. We booked here back in October 2024 and really enjoyed our stay, so my wife wanted book again for another event. This time around we were placed next to the maintenance room, and all night heard the washing machine going on, loud noise couldn’t sleep at all, finally fell asleep around 6am because I was so tired and they stopped doing the laundry. I don’t know what happened this time around. If we decided to come back we will request high floor room. We even have booked a month prior to our stay so you can only imagine our disappointment. Thank you again

Excessive trafic, hotel overloaded with work visas applicant's, 7 bus loads arrived at once ,coffee dispensary out of commission for extended time

the hotel staff are very professional, and the hotel is always clean, i wasn't able to change the language on the TV from Spanish to English

Clean room and very good breakfast, burritos(eggs with chorizo) are very tasty, I loved. Also coffee are very good.

Me hospede en este hotel por dos noches, muy bonito, nuevo y huele muy bien. La única queja que tendría es que el piso de la habitacion estaba demasiado sucio. Traía unos calcetines blancos quedaron negros de la parte de abajo! Al día siguiente “limpiaron” solo tendieron las camas pero el piso nada que lo trapearon porque se miraba más sucio! Tenía mi jabón para la cara en el baño y cuando lo iba a usar me di cuenta que ya no tenía nada pienso que se les cayó. En fin está agradable el hotel solo tienen que mejor la limpieza de las habitaciones!

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left the service was great. All around the hotel was beautiful and extremely clean. I called and let the front desk know I would be arriving past the check in time, and they understood and I was able to check in at 5:30am. By far the best hotel to stay at in Tijuana. Will definitely keep staying there.
