Front Desk Rep Danielle was super sweet and very helpful whenever I had questions she reassured me and always has a positive attitude anytime I approached her no matter what shift she was on. Awesome customer service skills.

The room was okay. It seemed a little dated. The beds were too soft for me. One of our beds had a dip in it. The area was also noisy at night with cars revving up their engines. It's in a convenient location but also directly across from a bus station that had homeless people. Breakfast was very good and the staff are very friendly.

The property was fine - room was nice and clean. It was downtown which presented opportunities to find walkable food options. Also meant limited parking amenities which made paying for parking a must regardless of what option you choose.

Located downtown, so no free parking. We used metered parking. Noisy- we can hear the people next door through the vent.

Loved the rooms and cleanliness. Location downtown to everything. The parking garage/homeless traffic was heavy across street of hotel. I’d recommend using the valet service. Nothing at fault of hotel, hotel itself was top notch

The location for visiting Colorado Springs is great with the downtown eateries within walking distance. The hotel is nice too. Breakfast was just ok and the $32/day parking charge was expensive.

Great place to stay and would stay there again when in Colorado Springs. The couch is a great addition to giving our family some needed space.

Booked this place specificity because I was told trailer and rv parking was permitted . Got there and staff was rude and no parking for my rv trailer . Staff refused to accommodate our needs . Had to leave and book a different hotel and refused to provide refund .

New property, good breakfast. Expensive on site parking, but there is metered parking on the street. Be careful they are strict with the time, so make sure you’re choosing the correct time you intend to park. Plenty of dining options close by. Easy approach to many attractions.

Tv doesn't work properly. Bathroom outlet doesnt work Pillows went flat within seconds

Pretty nice hotel. Spacious. Nothing particularly outstanding. Rooms are standard for Hyatt Place. Would stay again.

place is quite, but they did not change our sheets. They just made the bed and kept dirty sheets

We arrived on a Thursday night. Friday during breakfast we utilize the bathrooms on the main floor. They were unattended and not functioning. I advised the front desk. Monday before we left the same situation occurred. In the meantime, we saw several employees standing around talking and not attending to any of these problems.
