Great place and location!

Stayed here for a surprise trip for my husband’s birthday …had all the kids travel to Portugal and surprise him ! The hotel was so accommodating, friendly and helpful ! Great location ! Easy walking to wonderful restaurants and shops ! Will definitely return!

There was not enough staff to assist for Breakfast. We could hardly get a coffee served after several attempts to get attention of staff and they did nit ask if we wanted anything else such as egg omlette

Beautiful hotel and staff. Our room was well appointed and each night they left sweet treats for us. Such a nice touch. The staff was wonderful and very helpful with recommendations. Breakfast was lovely, the only improvement that I would make is that orders of egg dishes took a very long time in the morning. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Amazing staff - front desk and bellmen, bar/restaurant, housekeeping!! Fantastic location! Delicious food and wine. Fabulous holiday with my daughter just before she heads to uni! I lost my money pouch and credit cards the first night and Monica at front desk was very helpful to get cards cancelled in stressful situation. She also called a few days later just after we left the hotel to let us know the pouch with cards and cash was found in the hotel.

From the moment you enter this hotel, you experience a sense of calm and relaxation created by the exceptional staff and the beautifully designed decor. When we entered our one bedroom suite, there was a handwritten personal note welcoming us along with a lovely bottle of Vino and delicious treats. Each day we received special treats. This hotel makes its clients feel special simply by the fabulous service they provide. Every night there would be bottles of water with special treats put in our room. Upon entering the hotel or going out for the day/evening the staff always welcomed you. Special mention for the exceptional service and hospitality we received from Carolina at the restaurant. Cláudia also provided exceptional service and we also received excellent service from Monica, Ricardo and Francisco. We loved staying in this stylish hotel,
