We have a beautiful view

Staff was unbelievably helpful

No daily exchange of towels or collecting of trash. Extra towels were available at the bath, but staff never communicated this. Public bath was ok, just quite small.

Sugoi!! Having travelled to Japan six times now, and stayed in practically every type of accommodation from family ryokans, hostels, business hotels and big “western” style hotels…this by far has been the best. Why? The amazingly friendly and helpful staff. The room design has a nice traditional twist for a modern hotel. Would recommend a lake view room too (great for people watching and having a little deck in a hotel in Japan is unheard of). Highly recommend.

Location is the best and the rooms had both western and Japanese elements. Just dont loose your keycard

The surrounding of the hotel is outstanding and hotel staff are very professional and quick. But there is not curtains in the room, that make the sleep a little bit short. Others are all great. Love the commercial surrounding.

This was a fantastic stay! The room was perfect, the toilet and shower extra clean and without mold. The location is perfect to visit and dine out. everthing is walking distance

Our room was spacious and had a view of the temple. It was also centrally located to all the main attractions.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff and very close to the main attractions of Nara.

Ideal location. Very friendly staff and the room was incredible. If you’re going to Nara, this is an excellent place to stay.

This hotel and the people were spectacular. My wife had lost her purse somewhere on the train between Tokyo and this hotel and the staff at this hotel went way beyond in calling different train people to try to find the purse and fortunately they were able to find it. Tremendously nice staff and comfortable stay. Very beautiful calligraphy in our room with nice robes.
