Clean and comfortable rooms. Easy to park. Friendly and helpful desk people.

We have stayed at several of the Home2Suites and like the others, the rooms were clean, fairly spacious with full size fridge and quiet. And…like the others, my biggest complaint is breakfast. This chain always seems to have not enough seating, the bar where they put the food is always too small and cramped and the food is sub-par. But…overall it’s an “8” - which is why we chose it when the price and location are right.

Room and building are in great condition and very clean inside. Staff very friendly and efficient. I was looking forward to a great breakfast to start my two day vacation but the food was horrible and only decaf coffee was available on first morning. Caffeinated coffee was available on the second morning. I would rather go to McDonald’s for breakfast. The Canadian bacon on morning two had the taste and texture of a bicycle inner tube.

We enjoyed our stay here for 1 night. The view of the hot air balloons and mountains from our room was amazing. The pool was fun for the family. Our only gripes was the uncomfortable day bed for our young children, and the breakfast was pretty poor. The pre frozen sausage and egg patties were rubbery and cold straight out of the warmers. Definitely a cramped space for serving a full breakfast bar. The cook was doing his best with what he had to work with.

Room is cleaned and good size for our family of 4adults, 1kid and 2 small service dogs.

I had reserved two queens for my family of four and when we got to the room there was only one bed. I went to the front desk and I was told that they were full so they couldn’t change.

Really liked this place nice size fridge and real dishes! Clean and comfy beds. Good bath and hair products! Would stay here again!

Breakfast was not stocked and we tried going at different times. No utensils and cups. Food always low or poor quality.

room was very nice, staff was very nice and helpful .the only bad thing was the prices in the little store was a total rip-off.

The hotel is pristine, spacious and safe. I highly recommend staying here.

The property is new, which is nice. Front desk staff were indifferent, and I wish they would have locked the doors at night. Travelling as a woman alone I asked if I needed a key card to enter the building after dark. I was told I did, however, the side entrance was propped open all night long. The pillows were terrible :) but thats no big deal.

We would stay again. No complaints.

Breakfast was excellent with great staff, hotel very clean. Pool great and so was fitness room. Only complaint is one set of the washer and dryers were broken so laundry was very slow.
