Anytime I come to Colorado this is my go to hotel. The staff is always nice, the breakfast is great, and I always feel safe and comfortable as a solo traveler!

Stayed overnight with my family for an early vet appointment for our cat. We loved the property is pet and family friendly. There’s plenty of convenient amenities and our one bedroom king suite was well suited for our needs. The staff is courteous and attentive as well. The location of this hotel is very convenient also. Our issue was with the mattress being a little too firm for us and the air conditioning in the room is engineered for prime use during the day as when we needed it run consistently at night it certainly didn’t. Especially the unit in the bedroom. When we mentioned it upon checking out they told us that it’s climate controlled to remain at the temperature but I believe that it’s just built to run continuously in the daytime. Considering that we were in the room mostly to sleep at night this definitely made for an uncomfortable experience. Maybe most modern hotels are built to perform this way (energy efficiency?) but we prefer the old school air conditioner that you can choose how cold and how long it’s going to run continuously. Other than those issues we enjoyed our stay but probably won’t return to this hotel…probably an older property will be better for us. The breakfast is really good and worth checking out.

Waited 30 minutes for a clerk to check in at front desk… the staff is shared with an adjoined Hilton Garden.

Very professional, very helpful and overall a comfortable stay. We will certainly use this facility again. Everyone was attentive and professional, and honestly exceptionally kind. The only issue was the comfort of the bed which was a bit stiff and bouncy.

Everything was great but one morning, we went down for breakfast and when we came back up, a maintenance man was in our room. He said the water wasn’t hot and he had to check it. It honestly really freaked us out because we were not told anything and just that morning I had showered and the water was fine. We were very upset that no one told us that someone was going to be in our room and walking into him being there was very scary.

We had a great stay! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, with lots of variety. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. Even staff that passed us in hallways greeted us with smiles and hellos. We will definitely stay here again!

It was a very comfortable suite with a King bed. Extra blanket and pillows if we needed them. we did not. it had a kitchenette. The shower had a tub and ootion to use a hand held shower head. There is a very nice breakfast NEAR THE CHECKOUT. i went to a breakfast in a different area which they said was $16.50. At least that staff person could have directed me to the correct area. That is my only critique. The rest of everyone were awesomely helpful. They could not have been more accomodating and friendly. I had trouble locating the closest park and ride bus lot and they went out ofctyeir way to hel figure it out. The heated pool is heated just enough to take away the chill. The pool room is nice and warm. This is a very nice hotel compared to other Hiltons I have stayed with.

Nice property & common areas. A. Very polite & helpful front desk staff. A . Housekeeping cleaned the room, replaced towels & bed linens every other day. A . refrig/freezer worked!! A (most don't at many extended stay properties) Breakfast was a C (but no worse than most other hotels) I will stay here again.

We've stayed here a couple of times. The reason we like this property is it's location and it has a full fridge. However, the last two times we stayed there the bed needed to be replaced. It was way too soft and seemed really worn. Also, the fitted she was too small so it wouldn't stay on the bed. Might not stay here again. Lots of other options in the area.

nice size suite. serviced only every other day. have to go to the next building to use the pool. decent breakfast. lots of shopping and restaurants very close by
