Not worth

Very old broken bathroom , carpets are old and not looking good overall. Some smell also comes from the room.

I didn't like the bathroom plumbing was horrible

This property is old, word down, dirty, falling apart, just awful. The staff were fine and as helpful as they could be, but we had no pillows, and there were none available. Obviously people live in the hotel, and with paperthin walls, all conversations and fights could be heard. No such thing as a non smoking room, all stank of smoke, no lock on the back door of the property and so anyone could get in, paint peeling everywhere, just terrible. The high point was the friendly receptionist who also drove the shuttle in the morning.

There was only one person working. The ac was broken. The wifi wouldn’t connect. The one person working was extremely unhelpful and disrespectful.

This hotel is unlivable. There is black mold in the room and bathroom, there was not enough bedding, and the shower did not work at all. I tried to capture as much as I could in photos; the hotel is disgusting. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB and I will try to work with the city of Buffalo to get an inspection.

The people were very friendly and kind. I only have one complaint. There was no coffee in my room in morning.

It's cool for a quick sleep

Staff was nice. The entire place smelled so bad. Like cig smoke and tutu. Go see for yourself.

When we arrived there were bugs on the nightstand and on the wall. Definitely unappealing.

Went to the Buffalo Bills game. Place was charming. Thank you for the stay!!

The room was dirty, toilet keep running after use. Bathroom plumbing fixtures coming off the wall. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned prior to are stay. I won’t let a homeless person stay in the suite. Yellow stains on the blankets, hopefully they were washed.

The only issue was the entry into the building with the keycard. The card didn't work and I was lucky enough to have another guest exiting in order to get in.

OMG!!! This was the worse Hotel I have ever visited. I normally don't write reviews but I needed to after this stay. There were so many roaches in the hotel room it was unbelievable. I even had roaches crawl on me while I was sleeping. This hotel needs a exterminator ASAP!!!

BAthroom doors were physically broken - doors did not close - musty smell Worst front desk ever - rude - hardly present Sometimes they go to get lunch leaving it open or they go to drop off people at the airport ( within 5 mins) but would leave the front desk empty

As per staff.. free is not free...free is free if you could get it. Wifi has max of 120 users so dont count on it. No phone in room assigned.. maybe it is in others and i got unlucky. And their first rude suggestion of staff.. in jot so freindly manner was .. leave if you want, dont ask us we are only working here.

Very close to airport

We were there for a concert. I tried calling multiple times throughout the week to extend my time. No answer. When we arrived the building was full of people waiting to check in but no was at the counter. Waited over 30 minutes as the gentleman was doing a shuttle run. We also had multiple dead bees in our room and 2 live ones in our bathroom. The vending machine was also not working properly.

This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. The room smelled like smoke and my kids eyes are burning from it. The shower didn’t work. Only one staff member working and no one answers phone at front desk. Dirty. Mold in bathroom. When checking out no one at desk to alert to the shower not working (brown bath water came out tub spout but the knob to turn shower on didn’t work either shower head - yes two!) Dirty walls. The smell in hallway was so bad we almost threw up. Will be reaching out for a refund.
