Friendly staff, clean rooms and very close to restaurants. The security protocol is too much and the airport shuttle is not available until 8:00 am which was inconvenient.

I wish i had time and patience to write here all the issues the hotel and management have. In short it is a new&big nice looking building but a 3stars max hotel management and service. Mosquitoes are a huge problem, they are everywhere in the hotel. In the room lobby and restaurant. There is a military strict management in the hotel, you don’t feel home. If you don’t sit straight at the lobby if you cross your legs, security comes to warn you. Seriously avoid staying at this hotel. I stayed 3 night and moved to sofitel

Service at this hotel is in general quite good but quite pricey bar. They serve local wines (not really good) to international prices!! Secondly they want you to buy expensive Belgium beers instead of local beers to get you to pay more. Be careful when you pay with because this hotel may charge you more than the bill, where some items not ordered nor served can appear. Also important to see that amount on bill is the same as you pay with credit card. In my case they suddenly charged more than the bill, when I asked they claimed that they add-on some fees, which was not agreed upon. Once I tried to pay with credit card the internet connection was down. This creates problem as it happens all time. I will not stay next time in this hotel.

Ma chambre n’était pas prête à 17h. Je suis sortie et revenue, ma chambre n’était toujours pas prête. On m’a donné une chambre simple avec 2 lits simples à 23h30. Les toilettes étaient cassé, la porte d’entrée aussi… J’ai demandé à changer de chambre on m’a laissé comme cela jusqu’à la fin de mon séjour. Je souhaite être remboursée car j’ai payé une chambre deluxe et le service était juste horrible.

Salle de bain inondée après chaque douche , on s’est retrouvés à éponger l’eau après chaque passage à la douche . Le petit dej payées avec une carte bleu et il fallait payer 2 fois si petit dej dans la chambre . Petit dej en chambre sans couvert , pour un hôtel de cette gamme et avec un prix pareil l’hôtel est même pas capable de proposer un jus d’orange frais mais un jus bas de gamme .

Booked 2 nights. Took over 30min per person to check-in. Reception didnt say 'sorry to late', Only 1 man recieve the guest and 1~2 ladies just chat and laugh even guests wait to check in. From the 1st day, A/C didnt work. Slept without A/C for 1 night. Never ever book here again.

Floor...just cant walk without sliper because its never cleaned and moped. Plus....no sliper i the room...you have to wait for an hour to get a sliper after call housekeeper. Whatever you call for, nothing will happen at once. Breakfast...not like 5stars...i just didnt eat because it is cheap but not worthy

De la chaîne Marriott il n'en porte que le nom ! Cet hôtel et une honte pour un tel groupe, le personnel manque cruellement de formation et de considération envers ces clients. Petit exemple : mes enfants de 13 et 14 ans commande une pizza sur le Uber local, le livreur livre devant l'hôtel, le réceptionniste refuse qu'il mange dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel ni même dans la chambre que leur père a payé une fortune, le réceptionniste demande au enfants de manger par terre devant l'hôtel assis sur le trottoir sous 35 degrés bref la liste et longue !!! Pas de clim dans les couloirs des chambres et partie commune, petit déjeuner au niveau du Ibis. Plus jamais cet hôtel !!!
