We stayed for New year's eve and had a great time. Like the place was dog friendly for my boston terrier puppy. The bar was nice and the restaurant had great food.

On the beach was very nice great staff

The room assigned to me had bed bugs. I was unable to get a new room upon request due to hotel being booked. My family and I had to sleep in the room for 2 nights until housekeeping and maintenance searched the room. The housekeeping ladies were very rude and denied having bed bugs although video and photographs were shown. We had also killed a few of the bed bugs and kept them in a napkin to show them. Housekeeping women claimed they were not bed bugs. The maintenance man came and ordered housekeeping to strip the room and linens completely. Requested a refund by lady at the front desk did not want to help. Will definitely not be back

Checked in and our room was dirty. Never got a parking pass. Waited 20 minutes for an elevator because only 1 was working. Bartender at pool….was excellent!!

Overall the hotel was very nice. Staff was very friendly. Maybe we just had a bad room. It had so many ants, we couldn’t even bring snacks or food up because the ants seemed to multiply like crazy! I had to wear ear plugs every night because the walls were so thin and the bed was so uncomfortable we definitely wouldn’t have stayed past night 1 had we not already prepaid for the week. By night 3 we were in so much pain from such a hard bed we had to purchase heating pads & lidocaine patches. So for these reasons we would not stay at this location again but the hotel was beautiful, restaurant was nice & pool area was great. Unfortunate that the room was as bad as it was considering how nice everything else was. If they did pest control & upgraded to softer mattresses we would return for our next cocoa beach vacation. Also, only 1 working elevator for 7 day stay seemed ridiculous.

The view and amenities in this place are fantastic. There's even a private boardwalk to the beach. However, our comforter was dirty and ocky on the inside when we held it up to the light. We ended up sleeping with just sheets. We could have easily asked for a new one, and you could too! This place is worth it. The hotel may want to invest in updated bedding though.

Right hotel for what it claims to be, with restaurant (breakfast, dining, tiki bar), gym room, outside swimming pool open in off-season, HUGE parking lot ($12 per night, extra charge by hotel).

Not worth the money you’ll spend.
