This property is tucked away from the beach, the all inclusive amenities are incredible though. It’s truly a hidden gem. The food is great and the drinks are endless. You can find something new to do each day. You do have to shuttle to the beach, and also bring ear plugs. They like to start landscaping at 7am and after a night of enjoying yourself it’s not really the best alarm clock.

We liked having the food at the pool bar right at our tower, and the pantry for some late night ice cream. We were not informed of the restaurants and pool at tower 6 until the last day while talking with one of the staff. We missed out on two restaurants and the infinity pool there. We thought that at least one of the many tubs around would be hot, but not so.

The property Is Conversion from a much older all inclusive type property. The pool had many defects in their plaster, and most of the controls on the hot tubs don’t work. Rooms and pools are the highlight. Food although very limited is ok. The Japanese was the best along with taco truck. Buffet was great breakfast but dinners were just ok. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall I will recommend this and will visit again

We really enjoyed our time. The staff were awesome and the pools were so clean. The adult only pool was great and I wished it was open the entire time we were there. The views are great! The spa staff and experience was one of the best I have had. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a relaxing and quiet vacation.

This resort is absolutely amazing ! From The moment we arrived the service is over the top. With so much care that goes into customer service. The cooks the servers the bartenders and the golf cart drivers. .if you are looking for a relaxing get away with family , great drinks and food this is the place . Yes it’s small and they are definitely not a party resort . But it’s kinda amazing that way . There are only a few restaurants open and that’s because it’s a small hotel but every item they have available was greatly thought out and had amazing flavor . The activities they had were so fun and involved everyone . You almost became a little family with the other guests . I met awesome people and had a great time . Thank you delta ! I will be back soon.

We recently stayed at this hotel as a family with two children and had an amazing time! The resort offers a wide range of pools that were exceptionally clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the lazy river and a small water park featuring two slides—which were never crowded, and at times we even found ourselves completely alone. The rooms were reasonably spacious on a medium scale, although one downside was that you could easily hear everything happening in the corridor. As for the food, it was somewhat limited for us as vegans. It seemed they struggled to grasp the difference between vegan and vegetarian, so the options were quite restricted. However, we did enjoy the Japanese restaurant, which requires reservations. The dish we had—a stir-fried rice with vegetables and tofu followed by a vegetarian dessert—was fantastic! Overall, considering the price, the value and service at this hotel were excellent. We would definitely recommend it for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway.

While the properties nestled in the mountains it also provides easy access to the beach - it's the best of both. The food is good, the drinks are all right, the staff is great - you couldn't ask more at this price point.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful, and a big part of that was thanks to the incredible service we received. Bartenders Benny and Alberto were outstanding—they made sure we were always well taken care of, with great drinks, great conversation, and even better vibes. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made our experience special

I’ve been around the world and stayed at many all inclusives, this was one of my least favourites. Do not go just as a couple, it’s basically only for families with young children. Zero entertainment other than kids movies. Parents, mostly American, drunk off their faces while kids go wild. No parenting, kids running everywhere, screaming and doing whatever they want. Very minimal dinner choices, only Japanese ONCE per stay to the rest of the time it’s buffet dinner. Japanese was okay but buffet wasn’t good, slightly different each night but food was boring and flavourless, also wayyyy less options than most hotels. The lunch food was good at the pool and beach club. Beach isn’t nice, sticky dark sand and muddy water, not clear at all. Didn’t bother going in.

This property is very nice. It’s quiet, not overly crowded. Pool facilities are very nice. The staff are all really friendly. The only thing I didn’t like about the property is the limited food options. They have a buffet but the food is mediocre at best. A Japanese restaurant which the food was better than the buffet but still not great. Luckily they had tacos available near the pool area each day which are really good.

100 miles from the beach , taking a van ride to get there , old beaten chairs and facilities, and nothing to do at the property, absolutely nothing, there are better places for 300$ a night

Although there is transportation to the beach, for me this resort was a bit too far. Prior to booking, I only saw that there was a shuttle to the beach but I would not had booked had I known it was actually 3km away. I was thinking even though there was a shuttle, it would still be somewhat of a walking distance. It’s a nice resort, well kept, and staff were great. Lots of pools. Our room was nice and spacious and we were in Tower 4. Variety of food was definitely lacking as well as service in the buffet. Sometimes we were done our meal and still waiting to get something to drink. Not much for entertainment and things to do unless you want to watch cartoons in the evening with lots of kids. We especially weren’t impressed that we had to leave the premises upon checkout. We were told that if we were Marriott members, we could only stay until 1pm. Our flight didn’t leave until almost 7pm so we had to drag our luggage around Puerto Vallarta to kill time. Every other resort we have ever stayed at, has allowed us to stay until it was time to go to the airport. For this reason I would definitely not be back.

Overall was a decent experience, but there was a lot of issues we had during our stay. The biggest one was that our room after checking in had a horrible smell to it and it took way too long for them to take care of the issue and ultimately get us a new room.
