Room was clean, but burned out bulbs in main room light, loose toilet seat, and empty body wash in shower, empty hand soap at bathroom sink. Have stayed here a few times prior and never had an issue.

Rooms a bit small but great for a stop while traveling…

Everyone on the staff at Tru by Hilton Tupelo was wonderful. We were greeted with a warm smile at the front desk late at night. Housekeeping was excellent. Great people. Great service. Great hotel.

I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when I’m out of town.

For $150 per night I expected much, much more. The place was fairly clean, however the trash can upon entry was way over flowing. The window shade in 311 was non functional, I had to fix it myself to get a view from the room. The room had only a small dorm fridge that was only cool at best. The TV did not work except with personal streaming services, huge pain/time waster trying to sign in. NO MICROWAVE! this was major. I travel with tea and coffee that I rely on for hot water, as well as to rewarm food. The AC worked great and the bed was comfy.

Great breakfast selection

Everything was good. Breakfast selection was "ok, and nothing special". It was a quick overnight stay for us and that was all we expected. Thank you....

Nice hotel. Bed very comfortable. Great things on TV. Room was just too smal. No microwave.

Clean. Breakfast was typical fare but had a couple of special things - fresh made yogurt, automatic pancakes, and the eating area is open and clean. Room was nice and quiet. Close by restaurants for dinner. Hotel staff was courteous and efficient.

Friendly staff and kids loved the games and pool table! Pet friendly. The floor in our room was sticky. It’s vinyl flooring not sure if that is typical for all the rooms. Overall we really enjoyed the stay and breakfast was very good!

Clean hotel friendly staff. Good for traveling with pets. Breakfast pretty good! We would come back on out cross country treks.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable enough, the maid forgot to restock towels when cleaning but was able to go downstairs and get more from front desk. Only issue is their smoke detector flashes a light every couple seconds making it hard tp sleep. That really needs changed.

Have stayed at this location a dozen times. Great place.
