I loved the room! It gets a little complicated getting to the room all the way down to the aisle, getting through 4 doors with all the suitcases but once you’re in the room it’s very convenient. The only thing I did not like was the $200 daily deposit and the noise from the trains right beside the bridge. But overall 9/10. There aren’t many stores nearby btw so if you’re planning to do some shopping it’ll be a little far away but the area is really nice

The staff was nice and accommodating, we stayed in the studio with river views, they allowed us to check in early, the rooftop pool area and view was nice, you can participate in yoga on the rooftop and salsa lessons! It’s walking distance to restaurants and bars. Also it smelled great!

The rooms are minimal and clean. I loved the two bedroom with common area (kitchen and living space) between them. Great set up for people to have their own separate space. Convenient to the Brightline train station. The train does go by the hotel but it was not bothersome and I am a fairly light sleeper.

We liked that it was close to restaurants and shopping but found the furniture to be quite uncomfortable and it was very low to the ground and for older people it was hard to get out of. Definitely not enough seating for 6 people staying in the 3 bedroom suite.

First and foremost this is an apartment building that offers hotel rooms. It has bankruptcy written all over it. I was excited to stay here, because I’m looking at apartments in the area. The staff was super “over it”. They weren’t rude but not friendly. But the big take away was, THE TRAIN NOISE. The train tracks and drawbridge are 20 feet from where you sleep. The train runs all day and night and its commuter trains and freight trains. It literally sounds like a bomb going off every hour. Woke up to train noise every night at 3am. They charge a resort fee but don’t clean your room everyday and you have to take out your own trash. Super disappointing stay especially for the money and resort fee incidentals. Unless you can sleep through train horns and mile long freight trains at 3am stay somewhere else

I was surprised by the noise from the nearby Comercial trains passing by so frequently. I fault myself for not reading the reviews. Also no room service, and no block out curtains.Poorly design furnishings. I did like the the full kitchen, laundry and the whole place looks fairly new or recently updated.

Really nice experience. We were on the 7th floor in a corner room overlooking the New River and the train tracks. It was actually fun to watch the boat traffic and trains. The trains of course were a bit loud. We really enjoyed the experience.

Great hotel and ambience . Pool was very nice only downside was the elevators take forever and there was construction around the hotel.

Long haul to our room with our luggage lots of security doors to open with key card along the way. Nice place though but I would recommend for 20 or 30 somethings as that seems to be the crowd. Very loud club next door and loud train going right beside as well. The riverfront is absolutely a gorgeous place to walk and it’s right out back.

Stayed only for one night; the service was amazing from the front desk staff on all shifts and the room and the view was beautiful and clean. Loved it!

Rooms are clean, view wasn't the best and freight train woke me up. Our wifi also didn't work consistently.

Stayed one night as an extension to a cruise teip to Fort Lauderdale. The hotel location was perfect, very cloae to Riverwalk and Las Olas Boulevard with tons of restaurants and shops to explore. The hotel was modern with unique, natural decor. It has a wellness focus and the vibe was consistent throughout. The pool area was gorgeous! The room itself had many amenities including a kithen area, washer and dryer. Floor to ceiling windows with river views allowed us to warch the amazing yachts arriving. I also loved the rainfall shower. We both agreed that we would stay here again for sure!

This was a studio suite with a full kitchen and washer dryer but no place to buy food! There was no housekeeping but I had plenty of towels, seems more of an air b&b than a hotel. The gym and pool were great.

Fantastic pool area and gym. Room was very large with a kitchen area. Great area, great bar on the pool deck. Only complaints is that it's right next to the train tracks (but with the doors closed it wasn't bad) and that they didn't clean your room as part of your stay rate.
