Property is clean inside and out rooms are good size only complaint is joining keeping didn’t clean room or replenish towels etc during our stay had to go to front desk for items

We always use this hotel. It's conveniently a few minutes from downtown. And the staff are always friendly.

Nice and clean just far away from where I wanted to be.

The hotel is right off the road and convenient to shopping .

I Didn’t get to stay. I booked a room way ahead of a trip I was taking and then I had a family emergency and cancelled room way ahead of the day I was coming and company refused to reimburse me due to my emergency cancellation. I would never stay in this chain in my life due to this insencitivty.

My experience was a pleasant one, quiet, clean facility. Management was very professional. I had no issues. I recommend this hotel if you are looking for a great experience as well.

Everything was evened except the water pressure in the bathroom sink!!!!

The bed was amazing, the room was great. My only complaint is tge door gaps, making every little sound in the hallway be heard in each room. I highly suggest putting a cudhion around the doors to the rooms.

We normally stay at Marriott Springhill when we are at New Bern. Marriott was unavailable and we opted for the Clarion. Very happy. Clean. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds, pillows and good shower. Gym with the basics. I’m typically nervous at a hotel outside of Marriott but couldn’t have been happier at Clarion New Bern. Would not hesitate to stay again.

The housekeeping staff was excellent. Our room was taken care of every day and if we needed anything they took care of it immediately.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and plan to use it again for our next trip!

It should be known in advance that the hotel charges a credit card for incidentals abd it takes up to 10dsys to release the charge

Overall nice hotel

Absolutely amazing. Front desk lady was so sweet! Room was clean and spacious. I definitely recommend this place! We will be staying here again soon!

This was my first time staying at Clarion Pointe but I will not hesitate to do so in the future. Very clean and the staff were very professional.
