The receptionist didn’t speak very nicely, it felt like they were looking down on us. They even asked again if we had paid for the room — shouldn’t they be able to check that in their system?

Great.. Wonderful.. The staff so helpful.. Clean hotel, close to food, shop

Fairly close to the train station and city center. But there are other hotels closer to the station for those who drag suitcases so you don't have to worry.
