Very clean and modern , breakfast was also good . Friends staff , location is close to metro station and is a safe area.

The staff is very helpful. The hotel is located within a 15-minutes drive from downtown. The pool area is very nice and relaxing after a long day of walking. We had a very pleasant 6-night stay at the hotel.

An amazing hotel, excellent service, beautiful interior & food. Plus, the pool and rooftop were a bonus!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Family Stay at Lumen Hotel We had a wonderful stay at Lumen Hotel in Lisbon. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was ideal. We loved the family suite – spacious and comfortable – and the kids especially enjoyed the pool. Would definitely come back!

Great value for large clean and comfortable rooms in a modern building that is pretty convenient to central Lisbon. Very quiet in the room. Staff are pleasant and helpful. The light show is an interesting amenity. Excellent breakfast. 5 Euro voucher for each day you don’t require housekeeping.

Friendly staff. Very clean hotel. Room was excellent. Rooftop bar and pool was smallish area but more than adequate. Rooftop bar often not manned and the request for bar person by using tablet there could be problematic at times. Well located for metro ( literally around the corner). We were never there for the light show so can’t comment. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was clean and nice and it is away from the crowds. We walked to the tourist areas (downhill) and sometimes cabbed back if we didn’t want the hills. The front desk staff were among the friendliest and most helpful we’ve ever seen in our travels. Parking: I don’t want to spoil the surprise, but have your most competent driver behind the wheel. If you don’t feel competent, the staff will park it for you, but you have to ask first. Once you start there is no turning back.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One of the best parts was the location — it was close enough to all the main attractions to be easily walkable, but just far enough away to escape the tourist crowds and noise. It really offered the best of both worlds: convenience and tranquility. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a peaceful stay without being too far from the action!

Great hotel. The staff were so friendly on arrival, even upgrading our booking to a suite. The room was clean and comfortable.

Both me and my wife enjoyed our stay at Lumen hotel. They have a light show every day at 10 PM that was very entertaining. The hotel itself offers a great accommodation with king size beds in different rooms that were very comfortable. They got our suitcases on our Uber the moment we arrived and they took them into our room when we checked in. Overall a great place to stay.
