Stay was excellent. Only issue i had was asking for an extra hour the day or my departure. The clerk at the desk said we have alot of rooms to clean, my response was exactly you cant clean them all at once. He said manager would only grant 30 mins. That left a bad taste.

I loved this hotel. It will be a good go to spot for me and my husband.

We were in town for a youth sports tournament, and only stayed one night. The front desk person was friendly and efficient and the lobby was clean and maintained. The room was as expected. The toilet was a little wonky - often not flushing on the first attempt and taking forever to refill, but otherwise everything was adequate for our purposes. The breakfast a good with multiple food options. We would definitely consider staying again if we find ourselves in the area again.

Great facility & super friendly staff

We had a great stay!

Overall the service was great, however, I was contacted by the hotel stating that my room wasn't paid for prior to my stay. I'm in the process of trying to settle this manner. Upon check--in, the desk clerk stated my card was already charged by hotel com.

Convenient location near Baltimore. Room was fine. Quiet enough.

ALWAYS a good stay at any HI Express. Always clean and updated and staff is wonderful. Highly recommend.

I felt that this hotel was very good. The lobby and room was clean, bright, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were courteous and professional.

Friendly staffs

My stay was fantastic. My room was very clean the whole place including the pool . Not to cold and it was not out dated. The staff was very nice. Coffee 24 hours and the breakfast spread was amazing everything you can think of . I will be returning and it was quiet as a mouse lol

Front desk ladies on arrival were unfriendly bordering on surly. The rest of stay was lovely.
