Great location. Absolutely perfect for my dinner plans that night. Nice, but small, comfy room. Bathroom door seemed to be in the wrong place and it would really get on my nerves if I had an en-suite like this at home. Would stay there again, next time I’m in town.

Basic room with a comfortable bed. The place was clean however the bathroom smelt like cigarette smoke but the there is a no smoking policy. We paid about 37euros for the one night. So for this price, this place is an easy 4 on 5.

Good value for money, in the heart of the old town so surrounded by food and drink options, easy walk in to the new town. Room was good, clean and moderns and staff were helpful.

Nice little hotel in an easy to get around spot. Many shops and restaurants nearby.

The property was in a great location and I loved the key pad entry option. However, the room was so stuffy. The fan was as helpful but there was no option for fresh air on our side of the building. The “window” opened up to the building courtyard that was completely enclosed. A better ventilation option would be better for the rooms located on the interior side of the building. Otherwise - everything is lovely and would recommend.

Very cool little place in old town Bilbao. Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. The front desk was amazing and she let us leave our bags for a few hours after we checked out. Smaller rooms but a comfortable bed and everything was very clean.

We couldn't have asked for more or for better value. Reception was very friendly, room was brightly lit and exceptionally clean, shower was steamy with great water pressure, beds were comfortable. And the hotel was centered in Bilbao's Old Towne with plenty to do. A perfect combination!

We thought this was a very well located place and the check-in was very easy. The shower is super tiny, but we managed.

The hotel is on the 3rd floor without an elevator and the rooms do not have air conditioning. Be sure before booking, because in their listing they don't clarify that.

Very small room and even smaller bathroom which was not shown in any pictures. Smallest sink ever seen or used. No room for luggage except on floor. We could hear everything even whispering in other rooms. Also pipes sounded like waterfall just outside window when anyone in building flushed. Good price and good location and clean rooms just keep in mind the above.

its okay place for a short weekend stay. the place is really small, and restroom super tiny. the place only have stairs inside the building with light sensor that doesnt work well. its convenient to restaurant, stores and dessert places, but night time can be noisy. the streets gets very dirty, smelly and nasty at night.

Great apartment in the heart of the old town

great location, especially if you're not driving. unfortunately, we drove so had to park like 8 blocks away. It's the nature of staying right in the heart of downtown (casco viejo). staff was very friendly and suggested places to go and visit. It's more of a hostel than a hotel, you have to walk up 3 stories, no elevator. there's also no AC in the rooms. it was breezy so we opened the windows. a few weeks later it might've been an issue tho. be mindful. would stay there again.

The hotel had a convenient location, but several issues marred the stay. The bathroom was very small, and using the mini shower caused water to spill everywhere. Despite searching for accommodations with air conditioning, the room only had a small, ineffective fan. Additionally, opening the balcony door invited a swarm of large mosquitoes into the room.

Good place to lay your head for the night and right in the thick of the old town. Quite a noisy spot though. Ear plugs a must!
