Good! Peaceful and solid breakfast

everything was great, great service, great location, great food, Rachel the waitress is the best

Conveniently located hotel with nice roof top bar. Within a 5-10 min walk of main shops. Evening food appeared to be restricted during Wed-Sat whilst we were there, which was a pain if you didn't want to leave the hotel, but plenty of restaurants within a very short walk.

It was fine. Room was clean. Location good.

Metro right outside front door. Great location.

We had a junior suite for me, my wife, and my daughter, and the view was magnificent. We liked it very much. Also, the hotel has a metro station right in front of it. In conclusion, it is an excellent choice if you want to spend your vacation in the center of Vienna.

Everything was great

Very good hotel for couples, also convenient access to a main U-Bahn stop right outside the hotel door and Straßenbahn located across the bridge. Housekeeping was very good and on top of refills and cleaning. Unfortunately the check in via Experian was very slow but easily resolved by the hotel. The hotels food and drinks options are on the higher side compared to most of the city. If you want a safe and convenient hotel give this a go

Overall a great experience with this Hotel.

Comfortable room, very nice breakfast, good location, and amazing people. A bit sad about the room service that is closing very early, and the bar that was booked for a private event, but the rest was more than great.

Clean, convenient location, very professional and friendly staff

Was wonderful, the hotel have a train station in front the main entrance, because is not near from the downtown but is only 15 min by train or 5 in taxi, the room was nice and the breakfast was very complete :)

Bed/pillows not very comfortable. Breakfast wasn't value for money. Staff were friendly and attentive. Good location for travelling into Vienna centre.

Booked a King bed, for two singles. Front desk could not have been less helpful. Their solution was to push two singles together and cover with a sheet.

Check in was very slow. The assigned room had a king size bed rather than the two singles requested further wait whilst alternative was found, the hotel was fully booked. Roof bar/ restaurant closed for private event, long walk to local restaurants from the hotel. Location ideal for trains, trams and buses to attractions
