Stunning views and lovely staff

I wasn't clear from the reservation that the jacuzzi was not open as of yet. I have pain from Fibromyalgia and that was the main reason I chose your Hotel, and paid the higher rate so that was a disappointment. Otherwise, the staff was wonderful, the room was clean with an amazing view, and I would recommend it to my friends and family.

The view was amazing. Also, a great location. However, the room was very small and had no closet.

Perfect view of the serene lake como - a myriad of houses on the hill, ice-capped mountains...from the balcony of our room. Spacious room. Lack Como and walking and cycling track just right at Griso's hotel door step. Parking at the Garage was the most convenient. Easy to turn in and exit. Sufficiently spaced out lots.

We all loved the area, rooms, views were breath taking, couldn’t ask for more. The only thing we wasn’t very impressed was restaurant menu/food. I think it was a bit overpriced for what you get. It was okay but not amazing taste.

Absolutely amazing view, comfortable rooms, and beautiful walk into Lecco. We opted to pay additional fee for the breakfast and it was well worth it - stunning views of sunset over the lake, and the breakfast buffet quality & the amount of choice offered was sensational, even in the off-season.

Overall very good for our needs. Secure free parking is great. View from our hotel room was fantastic!

Very happy with the stay. Although a very short stop over for the night, wonderful hotel, clean, tidy and very friendly staff. Friendly service as soon as we arrived and throughout. Our room was clean and comfortable with lots of space. Excellent breakfast as well. Overall a wonderful stay with such beautiful views

The hotel staff was very helpful and all arrangements were excellent.

No way is this 4 stars. Under much needed works, and unfit to welcome guests. Dirty carpets, damaged room, road noises... terrible! Should be reimbursed, but rather lost the money and ran!...

Wonderful area and hotel

This hotel is very nice. Take a walk across the bridge and you can get a fairy to Bellagio, check at hotel reception for times. The restaurant is very nice with a wonderful view. There is a jacuzzi with a cafe on the roof overlooking lake Como,
