Beautiful decor, great bar and the pool was amazing

It was good, however I feel like for the price it could have been a bit better. The sheets were really rough but the staff was nice. I feel like there are better places to stay but at least it was clean.

Nice and adequate

This was a business/family trip. Everything with hotel was good, only comment is that room service wasn't being fone before later time of the day. So by the time we got to the hotel each day around 4:30 pm, the room wasn't serviced and usually it happened late. We stayed 4 days at yhe hotel and two of the days the service happend quiet late. Other teo days everything was ok

We travelled with our dogs and it was super easy! Bar was great… shopping close and Old City within walking distance for dinner….

I stayed at this hotel over the weekend and really enjoyed it. The place was very clean, the staff was great, and the whole property had a really nice, modern feel. There’s a lovely bakery and coffee shop on site with beautiful pastries and delicious coffees and teas, definitely a highlight. I didn’t get a chance to try the hotel’s restaurant and lounge this time, but I’d love to on my next visit. The mini-bar in the room was also really well stocked. There was some construction in the area that made getting to the hotel a little tricky, but that’s pretty common for downtown Montreal during the spring and summer months. I did find the room could have been a bit more soundproof, we could hear our neighbors and anyone chatting in the hallway. Also, the bathroom didn’t have a fan, so the room steamed up a lot after hot showers. All that said, I had a great stay and would definitely come back and recommend to others.

Location is nice and spa has great treatments but poor service and restaurant had errors in pricing. I alao ordered room service from this restaurant and the food was not fresh or tasty.

The property is lovely and the area is improving. Lots of construction, but it's getting better. Close to downtown and old montreal. An excellent bakery in the same building. Love it here

Parking to expensive ,and when I left the Guy at the réception was very rude

Everyone was so friendly. We were close to dining and transportation. Well stocked mini bar. The corner room was very nice. Filtered water publicly available.

Super nice

Check in took a little while as the gentleman was dealing with a costumer who wanted all her rooms on the same floor, but after about 10 minutes another gentleman stepped out and took care of me. he was friendly and efficient and very welcoming. the suite was roomy with an amazing view, was very clean and cozy. my dog and i felt right at home. room service was quick and the quick bite i grabbed at the restaurant was delicious. the 24h hour gym is a great bonus and has good equipment. i can't wait to come back in the summer when the terrasse and outdoor pool are open 👌

Perfect service, every employee we saw was very polite and attentive. Perfect room with everything we needed and more. Comfortable bed and pillows. We loved every minute of our stay
