Friendly staffs excellent location very clean rooms thanks

Perfect localization, good breakfast

I had stayed here with groups of students many times in the past, but I had not been here recently. The hotel has made several improvements in the time that I have been gone. They now have air conditioning units in the rooms and there is Wi-Fi (though it can be a bit slow). The employees continue to be, as in the past, very friendly and helpful. The mattresses have also been improved and are extremely comfortable.

The bed was very comfortable, the shower was situated weird, but the function was fine. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

This was a great property to explore the historical district of Mexico City. Claudia at the front desk was an absolute gem as was the cleaning staff, sorry I didn’t get her name. The restaurant attached was fantastic and couldn’t have been more helpful. My one warning, if you are a lite sleeper the street noise can be a bit over the top. It did get “ quiet” by 11 and was back at it by 600. I would return.

I liked the hotel. It was clean, looked nice and the staff were all so kind and friendly. Also the cab service was so nice and they gave great activity and food recommendations. Angie in the restaurant always went above and beyond when she served our breakfast. She is kind, friendly and very attentive.

Staff were very friendly and helped in anyway they could. We arrived an hour early for check in and they let us in at no additional cost. Room was clean and beds comfortable. We also enjoyed the restaurant on site. The location is great forntouring the historical centre.

Being right in the Historic Center makes this hotel a very good option. Easy to walk everywhere, staff are nice and overall good value for the price. The reason I gave overall 4 stars was because they have no airport shuttle, which was important to me on this trip. I specifically looked for shuttle services hotels when doing my search on Expedia and this came up as an option was in reality, they do not offer it. Aside from that, I have no complaints
