Great location and overall

Amazing location!! You are within 5 minutes walk to the action, bus stop for day trips, to the heart of Reykjavik. I would totally would go back to this hotel. Enjoy Reykjavik!

The location and ammenities and our suite were top notch. Location to the harbor and downtown district were Phenominal. I would highly recommend your hotel and apartments to any one!

In downtown Reykjavik and easy to walk everywhere. The apartment was spacious! It had a washer included which helped a lot! The noise level in the morning will wake you up and although parking is included, there’s only 4 and maybe squeeze in 5 cars. We parked at a lot further away but it was fine. Overall a good stay though!!

Depending on your room, you may have to lug your luggage to the basement rooms. The basement rooms are still bright and actually ground floor from the back of the property. Good kitchen, bathroom.

We were really happy with our accommodations. Our one br had a large queen and a pull out sofa that easily fit three adults. The kitchenette and laundry was very convenient. Location is amazing!! There was occasional exterior noise (more for the sofa sleeper).

I was traveling with my son and husband and this apartment was great size, clean, comfortable beds, and super location. Staff was super helpful and friendly. There are tons of stores and restaurants around and it is walking distance from key landmarks. We like it that much we will stay there again at the end of our road trip.

Amazing stay! Steps outside of Reykjavik’s main shopping center and very close to Kronan (grocery store). If ever in Iceland again, we will be staying here!

Very comfortable room. Clean with nice amenities. After a week long cruise, we were happy to have a washer in the apartment.

The location and size of the apartment is what really stands out on this place. You can easily walk to anything! Nightlife in the surrounding areas does make it loud at night but we were aware of that and used earplugs. Plus the parking spot was a plus

Thingholt was in a great location close to bus pick-up spots for tours and restaurants. The staff were very welcoming and responsive. I liked staying in their apartment units. Could do my own laundry amd the grocery store was less than two blocks away. This would be my preferred place to stay if I were to come back. My only dissapointment was they did not have a dinner restaurant on premises for those nights after a long day of touring.

It was a very nice accomodation in a convenient part of town. Only complaint is the VIP benefit was very restrictive--we thought it was for food and drink any time in our stay, but it only applied to breakfast(and not to alcohol), so we didnt use it..

Perfect location to lots of attractions and places to eat.

Apartment was clean and well situated, however a bit loud late into the night.

We loved our stay here. Loved the apartment style.We could make meals in if chose to or use the amenities of the hotel across the street or anywhere else if we wanted to go out. Was close to everything in the centre hub. Staff was lovely. Only con I would say is the lack of parking. There are only 4, and there’s no guarantee it will be there when you come back, if you are lucky enough to get one at all. But having said that, we would still stay here again.
