The hotel is clean and the hotel staff is very helpful.

Booked this hotel for our parents (1 night) via Accor app at first, but then changed to the app since it was more valuable. We got points and were able to settle the payment in advance, unlike the Accor app (we haven't get more points if the guest is not us/the person who has the membership, even if booking a unit property for others). The payment must be settled at the hotel even though we put our bank card in the app... that's useless at all. I said to deduct my card, they wouldn't.

A comfortable place to stay with a view of Surabaya city, clean and tidy, all staff are friendly, the breakfast menu is quite varied.

The hotel staff was friendly, check-in was fast, the room smelled great, was clean, and had plenty of tissues. The interior was stylish and minimalist. It was a bit small, perhaps due to budget constraints (it was a bit difficult to pray in). Other than that, everything was fine. Breakfast wasn't provided, as I was in Surabaya for culinary delights.
