Tvnya masih TV tabung, dan antena ditaruh di luar depan jendela kabel dipasang melewati pintu kamar, siaran TV jelek banget, pegawainya hanya 1 orang merangkap semua. Pertama book 2 hari dapet lantai 2 dan gak ada pemanas air, infonya pemanas air ada di lantai 1 jadi sebelum di perpanjang sudah bicara dengan reception nanti saya perpanjang tapi pindah ke lantai 1 di oke in, lanjut lah 5 hari lagi pas minta pindah lantai ke bawah reseption yanq minta tambah 50rb permalam, kalau tau dari awal gak mungkin saya perpanjang di sini.

I and my child aged 3 years and 4 years are not allowed to have 1 room, have to separate rooms because only 1 room is allowed for 2 people including babies though, the hotel is sena men, not at all friendly with guests, unfortunately I ordered this hotel, I didn't read the review first, many people are disappointed because all the team, whether the owner, whether the employees are inhumane, we pray that this hotel will be closed soon.

The hotel refuses to see the room on the grounds that we ordered for 6 adults, even though we ordered it from the application, with unreasonable reasons, please fix, don't stay in this hotel

The staff made it very difficult for us to check in, not recommended for people who want to book hotels online.
