The room was small and a bit dirty. It was difficult to pray in, but there were no prayer rooms in the hotel. Plus, they didn't provide slippers.

The room is a bit unclean & the AC is not cold at all, but overall it's ok, the staff is very friendly, thank you Mbak Nabila for being very helpful❤️

Can't get any amenities.

The check-in process was a bit slow. First, I was given a room that was too close to the road, I didn't want it because it was noisy. I requested another room, but I was given one but had to wait a few minutes. Okay, not long after that. When I went upstairs, the room wasn't ready, aka it was still being cleaned by the housekeeping department. Then I went back down, my husband told the front office that the room wasn't ready. Okay, I was really annoyed waiting in the lobby again. When I was informed that it was ready, we went back up and went in. After checking, the sheets had a lot of hair, there were yellow stains, so my husband asked for new sheets and put them on himself. The worst thing was that the towels were still wet but they were set up for guests, lol, very cool. The bathroom area was still muddy, the walls and floor were still wet. The wifi was a bit slow, the AC wasn't cold, and the TV sometimes went blank. Next, the front office and housekeeping have to pay attention, don't miscommunicate about the room status. Make sure again whether it's vacant, clean or not, and whether the room is ready or not. Tsk!

Staff response and movement is very slow

It's okay, for those who are in transit or on official business/work and want to check out in the morning in a hurry, it's okay... but for long stays, no There's no breakfast and it's stuffy in my opinion. Because there's no ventilation. Drinking water is outside (in the hallway) using a dispenser, it's like a boarding house, heheee... If it's clean, it's pretty clean.

Actually the room is quite comfortable even though it is not too big. But I am very disappointed because this is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and the electricity often goes out. From check in to CO, it went out several times, the water in the bathroom also often does not go up to the 3rd floor. I was once washing my hair and the water suddenly did not come out, honestly this is very annoying. Please the hotel pay more attention to this problem for the comfort of the guests. Thank you

The room is clean and tidy, just disappointed with the disturbed comfort because since checking in at 2 pm until 7 pm there have been 2 power outages and the first one was quite long. Honestly, this really disturbs the comfort, not to mention there are some mosquitoes in the room at night. Please improve the service and preparation for handling this electricity problem. It's a shame that the room is neat and comfortable but the electricity makes you in a bad mood and think about coming back to this hotel again. Hopefully this will be of concern and thank you.

Hotel baru jadi masih bagus dan rapi. Minus-nya hanya sinyal Wi-Fi sangat tidak stabil. Mungkin ke depannya bisa lebih ditingkatkan lagi.

Very OK location, strategic everywhere close by, Diksh early check in. The room is too small, cramped, there is no cupboard, the toilet is very small, and the hot water takes a long time to come out. Request street view turns out the windows are really cute 😁.

The AC wasn't cold even though it was set to the coldest, then at 2 o'clock the lights went out twice and it didn't last for a while and the wifi was still not clear from before, it was useless, there was Netflix but the connection was bad. Fixed it again, thank you.
