Friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere, delicious and varied food, 9/10

Highly recommended for those who really need healing. Close to the Ijen Crater tourist location.. The holiday here is truly unforgettable.. The receptionist is very helpful, especially the one named Mbak Riska, already beautiful.. Also kind.. Helped find a guide to Ijen Crater.. The food is delicious, there is Indomie.. 😍 The room is clean, the swimming pool water is chlorine-free.. So refreshing..

The most recommended hotel in the Ijen Banyuwangi area! The parking lot is very close to the room, so you don't have to carry your luggage. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room is clean, cool, the hot water is flowing smoothly, and the food is delicious. The TV can also stream Netflix, making it even more comfortable. Overall, there are absolutely no flaws in this hotel; I was very satisfied with my stay! 🫶

Minimalist food.... wifi is problematic, and cannot use wifi-based facilities

Clean, fragrant, spacious room, large bed is very suitable for families with children, there is a balcony with a view of the rice fields that spoil the eyes, fresh air everywhere because it is surrounded by shady trees and rice fields. We tried dinner with grilled ribs and tongseng, it tasted good. The staff service is very friendly. Everything makes you feel at home staying there.

We would recommend this hotel if you're planning to go to Ijen area. The services, cleanliness, staffs were satisfying. Our input for the hotel is to add more visible signage and street light to point the last turn to the hotel, because when we arrived it was after sunset and raining, where the road is quite dark and we almost missed the turn (we drove our own car and never been there so were unfamiliar with the road topology). The turn itself is sharp and uphill that anyone must drive with proper gearing, therefore it will be great if there was more visible sign and warning before the turn.

The hotel is well maintained, the location is comfortable and quiet in a rural area with rice fields all around. The bed is comfortable and all the furniture is in good working order. The hotel food is delicious. The balcony in the room is very nice to relax and enjoy the view of the rice fields. Bicycles are provided to get around the area, but the roads around are very bumpy and difficult to cycle if you are not well trained. It is better to bring a vehicle because it will be difficult to get around (it is difficult to get a taxi/motorcycle taxi and there are no rental vehicles near the hotel).

Was a wonderful experience, although it was a bit far from the city, the environment is scenic. Staffs are helpful and nice. Had a really great experience for my 2 nights stays. Will come back for another vacation next in the future. Thank you Teras Ijen Hotel.
