The hotel is well maintained, the location is comfortable and quiet in a rural area with rice fields all around. The bed is comfortable and all the furniture is in good working order. The hotel food is delicious. The balcony in the room is very nice to relax and enjoy the view of the rice fields. Bicycles are provided to get around the area, but the roads around are very bumpy and difficult to cycle if you are not well trained. It is better to bring a vehicle because it will be difficult to get around (it is difficult to get a taxi/motorcycle taxi and there are no rental vehicles near the hotel).

Was a wonderful experience, although it was a bit far from the city, the environment is scenic. Staffs are helpful and nice. Had a really great experience for my 2 nights stays. Will come back for another vacation next in the future. Thank you Teras Ijen Hotel.

Teras Hotel Ijen is located quite remote so it is very quiet and comfortable for resting before climbing to Ijen Crater. It takes about 45 minutes to get there from the hotel. The room is nice and clean. The architecture is simple and contemporary, cool. The vibes are calming. There are complementary ginger candy, Banyuwangi-style bakia cakes, and cassava chips in the Lobby. The welcome drink is also a traditional temulawak drink. The bathroom is clean and nice, there is a hand shower for washing feet and ablution. If I go to Banyuwangi again, I will stay here again!

The location is truly a hidden gem, a bit far from the city and the access is quite nerve-wracking, but it's worth it with the view. The hospitality is cool, the staff are very friendly. The food menu is okay. Only the shower gel smells a bit unpleasant in my opinion. But the cleanliness, comfort, and fast wifi are really good. Will come back again if I go to Banyuwangi

location is ok, but access road is a bit dangerous, bends and slopes with damaged roads. for a hotel with such rates should be able to manage access road well, service is very good. swimming pool is very bad, small and dirty. the ceramic is crusty. it seems, it is only a requirement / just to have a pool. food is ok. cleanliness must be improved. bathroom ceramic corners / corners are dirty. furniture on the balcony has many glass stains. view excellent vibe good.

The hotel location is a bit isolated but is not difficult to find. The room is large, full amenities and quite comfortable. I like the bed most; Can sleep well. The water shower is also nice. The breakfast options are limited.

From checking in until 9pm the towels were not delivered, even though I called twice and took them to the receptionist myself. I think expensive hotels are better but it turns out it depends on the human resources.

Kamarnya bagus, tapi sayang kebersihannya sangat kurang. Semut ada dimana mana dan banyak banget jumlahnya. Setelah kamar dibersihkan pun masih tetap banyak semutnya. Makanannya tidak prasmanan, mau tambah lagi dicharge 100ribu+. Hotel dengan harga segini harusnya bisa bebas tambah makanannya lagi. Rasa makanannya biasa banget. Hotelnya tidak worth it. Semoga ke depan masih bisa bertahan hotelnya.

Recommended sekali cocok buat pasangan yang mau staycation atau honeymoon 🥰.

Kebersihan di sekitar kurang. Rencana mau berenang, tp kolam renangnya kotor gak terawat. Hotel susah ditelpon. Minta pengering rambut dari sore, sampai besok pagi gak dibawakan, sampai harus disamperin kebawah. Itu viewnya bagus, cuman kurang bersih.

Breakfast nya enak, suasananya enak, tapi sempat mati-mati listrik sampai 5x 😭 padahal sekelas bintang 4.

Fasilitas hotel dengan harga 1.9 jt/malam, sangat tidak sebanding. Kekecewaan kami sebagai berikut: (1) amenities hotel tidak lengkap, tanpa shower cap, sisir rambut dan tidak dilengkapi dengan keset toilet (2) Kamar 210 adalah kamar terburuk di hotel ini, area kamar terpotong oleh 2 pohon, di mana 1 pohon di dekat pintu kamar dan 1 pohon lagi di area balkon, sehingga setengah area balkon tanpa atap dan kondisinya kehujanan serta sangat kumuh (3) Menu sarapan tanpa nasi putih, saus sambal untuk telor juga tinggal sedikit, gelas untuk minum kosong (4) Kolam renang kotor, banyak daun dam insect.

Pergi dengan keluarga, lokasi strategis apabila mau trip ke Kawah Ijen sangat cocok. View hamparan sawah, udara sejuk, kamar bersih dan nyaman, makanannya pun enak-enak.
