Fantastic location, courteous staff, room was clean and bathroom fine. Toilet needed to be fixed as the flusher got stuck a few times but only a minor issue.

Very nice room in a great location. Room was clean, comfortable, cool and quiet. Walking distance to major attractions and the beautiful Trastevere. A little hard to find - trust the directions sent by the hotel before your stay.

The staff was very helpful. The vocation was great with a wonderful gelato place just town around the corner and great proximity to Trastavere, just a short walk over the bridge. Short walk to some great restaurants that many locals seem to go to, so not too touristy.

Clean, quiet and in a great location

Convenient location, though a little tricky to find. Not very quiet, can hear other guests and things happening outside. Cleaning staff gets started EARLY and you can hear them in the hallways.

It’s a great little hotel tucked in behind some boom gates (so a taxi will only get you close ish.). But it’s delightful. It’s got a boutique feel, the staff are terrific and its location is walking distance to many of Rome’s icons. I chose not to add breakfast but they are flexible if you need it and will just add it to the bill. It’s not a bad selection but there’s even more just a short walk from the front door. Overall really good.

Rome is definitely different than the United States. The hotel was very nice. Had a great day comfortable bed. Very helpful staff definitely recommend.

Great location. We were able to walk to most sites and lots of good restaurants just around the corner. Bed was comfy and staff was nice.

The hotel was in a convenient area for touring but hard to find.Room was clean and quiet.Staff was very helpful offering restaurant suggestions and helping with taxis.Breakfast was adequate, fruit offered and hard boiled eggs and sweet rolls.It is a very small property.

Location of property was excellent easily walkable to all major sites. Quiet location close to lots of restaurants.

Our first room the tv was not working and the ceiling was leaking water and our room was flooded they had to charge us room in the middle of the night and the second room it was also leaking from the sink and our bathroom was flooding again and our tv was not working

Great location! Walked to all the sites. Trastevere or Campo di Fiori for dinner. Clean and comfortable. Water pressure was not good at times but everything else was fabulous.

Hotel is small and in an odd position, enclosed courtyard off a side street, but we found it. No air-con, though vents are fitted, and we didn't need it in Dec, but what we got was a continual whirring sound all day and all night. At times quieter than others, but constant. Room keycard unit was installed, but we had a good old fashioned key. Seemed a bit odd. Shower enclosure was grubby when you looked close, it needed a deep clean. Two lots of shampoo in wall mounted bottles, no shower gel. Behind the TV was dust bowl central. Room was serviced, but cups weren't cleaned/replaced and left dirty from that morning. I think we overpaid a bit at €165 per night, but location is good, and if you're gluten free, there's an amazing bakery 100 steps away and we went half a dozen times; it was a Godsend. Reception staff were polite and nice enough.
