Our first room the tv was not working and the ceiling was leaking water and our room was flooded they had to charge us room in the middle of the night and the second room it was also leaking from the sink and our bathroom was flooding again and our tv was not working

Great location! Walked to all the sites. Trastevere or Campo di Fiori for dinner. Clean and comfortable. Water pressure was not good at times but everything else was fabulous.

Hotel is small and in an odd position, enclosed courtyard off a side street, but we found it. No air-con, though vents are fitted, and we didn't need it in Dec, but what we got was a continual whirring sound all day and all night. At times quieter than others, but constant. Room keycard unit was installed, but we had a good old fashioned key. Seemed a bit odd. Shower enclosure was grubby when you looked close, it needed a deep clean. Two lots of shampoo in wall mounted bottles, no shower gel. Behind the TV was dust bowl central. Room was serviced, but cups weren't cleaned/replaced and left dirty from that morning. I think we overpaid a bit at €165 per night, but location is good, and if you're gluten free, there's an amazing bakery 100 steps away and we went half a dozen times; it was a Godsend. Reception staff were polite and nice enough.

Absolutely fantastic location. Don't be fooled by the not-so-impressive courtyard in front of the hotel. It's a one-minute walk to the Tiber River and a fantastic neighbourhood. Smart TV is a big plus. Can Youtube places your going to see or have seen,

Great location

Great place to stay near the Campo market. Entrance is in a gated parking area so you have to walk through parking gate. It is so well located that becomes an advantage as it is quieter than most streets in area. Hotel room was on European scale so a little smaller but bathroom was very upscale with bidet and walk in shower.

The hotel is in the historic center, but access is a little strange because it's inside a parking garage. For Rome and the prices they charge, it's fine and close to everything on foot. The air conditioning in our room was portable with a kind of system to remove condensation. Fine. The other thing, which is more complex, is an unpleasant smell that comes up through the bathroom pipes. They need to find a way to fix that. Other than that, everything else was very good, including the reception staff.

The hotel was clean. Staff was courteous and polite and helpful, and it was a great location as it was central to everything.

Location is excellent. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms were decent size and clean.

Good staff, excellent service, feels safe and secure. We had a quick check in process, were shown to our room, and shown how to utilize our spot cooler. Not sure if the central air conditioning broke but was not expecting a spot cooler as the humidity still leaked into the room. Granted spot cooler is better than nothing it’s just not what we expected. Room was clean but bathroom would get very hot. Staff called us a cab for the next morning to get back to FCO airport. Overall good stay.

It was a little difficult to find at first, but once we found it we were checked in promptly. The room was clean and the TV had Netflix for when we turned in for the night! They also booked us a taxi to the train station after our stay which was very helpful.

Overall a perfect stay. The rooms are super small and the AC unit is placed on the room floor. Get the bigger rooms if you can. However, location was great, the room was clean and great shower and restroom. Price wise, its worth it.
