Poor service, bad smelling room / apex

TV broadcasts are jammed/missing broadcasts, TV remote doesn't have batteries, AC isn't cold, toilet doesn't flush,

The owner is very friendly and pleasant.

Already paid, when checking in at the location was rejected.

The rooms are bad, all the furniture is broken. Tv can't turn on. The shower is broken.

Maximal service, even though I arrived at dawn, but the mother was very wellcome, thanks for the good service, nice room, with good AC bathroom facilities with shower and clean towels provided, no regrets staying at Oyo Arizon boarding house.

Service is not good, prices are not appropriate.
