The hotel is very nice, very clean, close to the harbor.

The parking lot should be conditioned, because we as guests still pay the full parking fee during our stay.

The room is nice, it's good enough for a visitor to stop by temporarily.

The most disgusting, dirtiest hotel I've been to. Staff even acknowledge that and will just ask to move you to another room. Booked for 3 nights, left after 4 hours in the hotel. Other hotel in the area is much better, some even cheaper

Everything is okay, except for the fact that this hotel doesn't have an elevator ☺️, next time ask for the 2nd floor so you won't get tired going up to the 3rd floor.

The service is good, access everywhere is close to the city. The room is clean.

When I checked in, the room floor was wet, as if it had just been mopped. The smell from the mop was unpleasant.

good hotel, close to the harbor with a view of the Pacific at the back, the hotel below and on the right and left there are many clean market rooms and the workers are kind and polite with cheap prices, it's okay, only there is no elevator so you have to take the stairs to the 3rd floor for a long stay, highly recommended with a price that can be said to be cheap.

A little disappointed, ordered a superior room but was given a standard room, the size of the room was a bit cramped, the AC didn't work and often turned itself off, there were no lift facilities so it was quite tiring going to the top floor. Cleanliness is quite good, the location is close to the crowds and there are places to eat & snacks, but if you go to the city center you need a vehicle. There is a hot water kettle available but there is no free tea, sugar, coffee, there are 2 bottles of mineral water.

Fast check-in process, good service.

The staff wasn't friendly, I ordered queen for 2 nights, she gave me 2 single beds for 2 nights with the reason always the same: queen bed is unavailable. I bought queen bed but can be unavailable when I want to check in! Lol.
