Hotel ini memang budget minim 160-170 udah dapet kamar deluxe, tapi mohon disediakan air minum dan tissue, serta TV tidak bisa di gunakan karena tidak semua kamar ada set top box (TV digital) saya tanyakan jawabannya memang masih kekurangan, dan air hangatnya tidak berfungsi, jawabannya alat penghangat air memang lagi rusak. Mohon di perbaiki lagi agar kualitas hotel menjadi lebih baik. Terima kasih.

Ternyata tidak disediakan air minum ini merupakan fasilitas yang standar mengapa tidak disediakan air minum, begitu ditanyakan ke recepsionis kalau lewat aplikasi tidak dapat air minum, cukup aneh dan memang saya tidak cek lagi apakah dapat air minum karena ini kan fasilitas standar hotel.
