Very clean the beds were very comfortable and convenient to downtown Lexington by car.

Water was hot, bed comfortable, behind bed from ceiling down were stains where looks like had leak. In the bathroom the vent had dust hanging out of it and my husband and I both had runny noses and now that we have checked out, that is not an issue.

This was my first time staying at an Avid Hotel. I was pleasantly surprised at how convenient and nice this hotel was. The parking was easy, it was clean and the staff was super friendly. The price was great too. I will look for an Avid hotel first on the next trip I take.

Check in person was rude and not at all friendly. Windows in the lobby were streaky and dirty. We complained about extremely low water pressure in the sink making it difficult to use. They told us it was set that way for eco-friendly policy. Yet admitted they get complaints about it. Beds comfortable. Morning checkout person very friendly. Breakfast just okay, but not as good as other hotels in this price range.

Room is a little to small

Love the design of the hotel…very appealing. Very much like the minimalist style. The biggest downside to the stay was the lack of freshness and lack of appeal of the bedding. The smell was not fresh and the coverlet and sheets seemed very worn and not inviting. Also the tops of the dispensers next to the sink were dusty and had hairs on them.

The hotel and facility was very nice! Very clean room, and comfortable. The staff that checked us in was not helpful, but the breakfast staff was wonderful! Thank you!

Water pressure very low.

The bathroom was wonderfully clean, the shower felt great, and the beds were comfortable. Our only issue was with the price--too high for what we got!--and the breakfast. The latter was minimal, the OJ was extremely watered down, the hot water machine was broken, and the choice of foods was limited. I don't understand reviews that said the breakfast was good unless they simply enjoy the fact that it's included in the exorbitant price of the room.

I was very pleasantly surprised at this value. Super comfortable bed and pillows, everything was extremely clean, check in was easy, front desk staff was super nice and very helpful. We had to check in pretty late, but she had everything all set up! We were traveling through and this was very convenient by the interstate but we didn’t hear traffic all night. Starbucks right around the corner and lots of other options if we had gotten in earlier and needed dinner. Would definitely stop here again.

New property. Rooms are a bit small but comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The WiFi was good. There was a problem with the tv in my room and others but that problem was resolved. Numerous places to eat are close by. The breakfast offerings were OK, though it was the same all of the 4 days of my stay. The only thing I didn't like was the water in the shower. It's the kind that no matter how long you try, you don't feel as though you've rinsed off all the soap.

The hotel is very clean. Our bed was quite comfortable. It was great that they had oranges, bananas, and yogurt available with the included breakfast as well as egg sandwiches. The freshly brewed coffee available all day was an added bonus. The water pressure was hit or miss but overall it was a good value. I would stay here again.
