Overall pretty good

Breakfast was good. Very comfortable bed and sheet. Dog fee reasonable

Everything was Good!!!

Avid is one of the absolute best values in the hotel business. Everything is clean and new, they give you all the perks, there are no trade-offs. Hard to understand how they can offer so much at this price point. They’re competing with places that charge $60-$80 more per night.

We stayed her for the night. The room was clean, beds were incredibly comfortable and the staff was very friendly. We will be back!

Property was new and clean. Few amenities, no closets (just open shelves and hooks on walls). Staff was not knowledgeable, and primarily college-aged. "Breakfast" was soggy, wrapped breakfast sandwiches and burritos that had been kept under warming lights. Toasters, but no bread. Phone in my room didn't work, so I had to use my personal phone. Cable, but no premium channels or pay-per-view. Tried to get out of my 3-night reservation 3 hours into my stay - they told me I couldn't get out of it, even if I paid for the first night. Never again!

Rooms were cleans, beds very comfortable. Breakfast options were plentiful. Second stay here. Great place for the price!!

Stayed for one night. Only complaint is the hot water was not working the night we got there but by the next morning it was working again. Would stay again.

Mighty fine, clean, friendly

Check-in was easy, the lobby was clean. Staff was very friendly. Easy walking distance to restaurants.
