The staff on the first floor is very annoying, there is no parking space. Check in and out takes a long time.

Everything is ok, however, it is a transition period so there is no chance to use all the functions of the room. The location is near Ha Long market, near the coastal road, convenient for traveling, suitable for those who are on a food tour in Ha Long. You should rent a motorbike for convenience.

Phòng tắm và vệ sinh không cách âm nên khá bất tiện. Mình có đặt trên app va báo sẽ nhận phòng trước 9h nhưng gần 10h mình tới nơi check in thì báo thu thêm phí 500k do tới check in sớm trước 14h. Lần trước mình có ở 1 lần check in lúc 12h hơn thì cũng không thấy báo phụ thu. nên lần này có phụ thu thêm nên cũng khá bất ngờ vì lúc đặt trên app không thấy báo khoản phí này. Nếu app rõ ràng ngay từ lúc đặt thì mọi chuyện sẽ tốt hơn.
