Having stayed at HIE S over the years, we have expectations as we are paying $300 a night. 1. Our room after the first night of three, was never cleaned, e.g., night 2 beds were made 2. Night 3 room was never visited; everything exactly as we left in morning. Especially annoying in that we were driving an hour each way to attend Masters Tournament 3. Spoke w/ front desk, never heard from manager. Some promise of points to be added to our account—none yet 4. Staff interacted w/ polite

Myself and my 12 year old son enjoyed how clean and comfy our room was. Great view!! The staff were super helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Would def recommend this place. One thing, parking was tight.

Charles was very friendly and pleasant at check in. Made sure we had everything we needed.

I liked that my room and bathroom were clean. The staff was nice. The breakfast offered was good, average options to choose from. This is my second time staying there. I do like that there are a lot of options for dining nearby. I didn’t like that I had to pay a parking fee though which seems to related to the city Columbia (didn’t recall it from my first visit). Overall, a very nice stay.

Hotel was clean, service desk pleasent. Room was clean, water pressure in shower very good and water was hot. Breakfast was offered on site, I found the food was not hot I reported to the kitchen staff it was cold oatmeal was like cream of wheat all water.

The nastiness on this property is for real and good luck try to get help from the front desk. I stay 5 nights the flors are sticky dirty towels dirty bedding 🛌. And the cleaning stuff clean the room 2 times . Rooms smell bad And i will never forget at breakfast the dirty look and running her mouth one of the cleaning lady to a family with kid's for bread pieces falling under the table. My god she have to clean up and she have to do her job.

Someone knocked on our door three different times between 12-1 am. I opened the door each time with no one there. The assumed it was kids so I called the front desk to let them know. They advised it was actually them/the hotel but didn’t have a good reason??? Regardless, I was highly irritated and couldn’t sleep the rest of the night.

Room was very clean . Service was slow and I had to go back for a parking pass but everything else was great. Would definitely stay again .

I was greeted when i arrived . Two staff atnfront desk even relieved a eye contact with smile from other front desk staff. Checked in quick they answered my questions. Room is very clean view is great nice set up .over all great and great location for me for my purpose came for easy access to arena
