Sorry for my honest review, but I had bad experience here. I ordered a room for 2 people, but there is only single bed available. We were promised that we will get another room for 2 person but after 2 hour waiting, there is no other room. Besides, we didn't get any towel, blanket, and soap at first. We need to wait for 40minutes to get soap and blanket (it is not even a blanket, it is only bed sheet to substitute the blanket). The price is cheap, but do not expect something good in here. The room is clean and the AC works well, but I am not satisfied. I don't think I'll come back.

The receptionist was lost. Wanted to check in so confused, gave no wa but on the phone there was no answer. Even if you want to check out, you are confused about who to give the key to. Order a room with a big bed and give it a bad single bed! The AC is hot and the TV is full of fighting ants. Towels and soap don't exist, you have to ask first, it's enough that you know how to stay here.

It doesn't match the photo you get the mattress, ordered a standard double but got a single. But the price with the quality matches. The location is in the complex, there is a gate guard who is 24 hours. It seems safe. Overall okay.
