If you have any requests or complaints, the hotel staff is very responsive and helpful, always having a solution. The bedrooms are clean, with fresh sheets and pillowcases. The Indonesian breakfast is delicious. The Western breakfast needs improvement.

Honestly, I was disappointed because I stayed for a long time, 6 days and 5 nights, and then I was given a room in front of the elevator with a trash can that smelled really bad. At first, I was in denial about what the smell was, but it turned out the smell of the trash can wafted into the room. So every time the AC was off, the room smelled like trash, and it was really annoying and uncomfortable. Honestly, I wouldn't do it again, knowing I was staying for a long time and being given a room in that location.

Overall it's very comfortable, but the smell in the hallway to the room is really disturbing, like a smell of something, it's confusing and the hallway is a bit stuffy, but it doesn't reach the room. During the night it's okay, but in the morning around 10 o'clock, there was a small cockroach near the bathroom, it gave me goosebumps 😭. The food is quite good, there are lots of variations too. The bathroom floor could be cleaned more, because it's white so it's a bit ticklish because there are chocolates 😂. The service is the best, upgraded to deluxe, but I haven't found the difference between deluxe and superior rooms. There's a welcome drink too. The service is the best 💕. But the cleanliness can be improved, it will definitely be much better ❤️.

The room was spacious, but it took a while to check in, even though it was past 2 PM, as they were still cleaning. The elevator and hallway were narrow, but the room was quite spacious.

Upon entering the room, it smelled fragrant and was clean. The service was good, with snacks and a welcome drink provided. The only downside was the lack of a phone number to call, for example, to call reception. Otherwise, the hotel was good. It's a modern hotel.

The room smelled of feet. It seemed the sofa was made of non-leather material, so it smelled of guests' feet. The bathroom was also less than clean.

Increase the use of smart locks again.

The hotel staff was friendly, and this is the best 3-star hotel I've ever stayed in, in terms of room design and comfortable beds. My note on breakfast: it's far from what other 3-star hotels offer, and the taste could be improved.

First time, and beyond expectations, the hotel was comfortable and had an interesting concept. As soon as we exited the elevator, the room was clean, comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The closets were nice.
