Stafnya sangat ramah namun fasilitasnya yang sangat kurang. Di kamar tidak ada handuk, perlengkapan mandi & remote TV jadi harus minta ke resepsionis. Air juga sempat mati dari siang sampai malam sampai harus ke pom bensin untuk buang air kecil & bab. Kebersihan kamar & lingkungan hotel juga agak kurang.
