I checked in after 9pm so the surrounding shops were no longer open. Ordering food via the app was also a hassle, when receiving the food there were no bowls and spoons, so I had no choice but to ask the receptionist for help. The receptionist enthusiastically informed the housekeeping department to bring up bowls and spoons at 10pm, the whole team was so lovely and accommodating 🥹
