Nice location, convenient, free airport shuttle. Rich and varied breakfast, especially delicious Vietnamese cakes. Room is quite spacious, upgraded to sea view room if available.

I checked in at 2pm but had to wait more than 30 minutes to get my room after asking the staff 2-3 times. The receptionists kept telling me to wait but didn't say when it would be finished. The breakfast buffet was very crowded, the distance between tables wasn't wide, and it was quite difficult to walk around. I wasn't very satisfied with this experience.

The staff is cute, greets guests wherever they go ^^ The location is near the square and the coastline, so swimming or walking is also very convenient. There are many places to eat nearby. The rooms in the grand have cleaner bathrooms, bathtubs and balconies overlooking the sea. The restaurant here has delicious breakfast, with a variety of dishes. It's super convenient for me that there is a scale and iron in the room because I went to a party and needed to iron my suit 💖 Guests checking out can leave their suitcases at the hotel and wait until their flight.

The hotel is new, clean and beautiful, convenient location. When the air conditioner in the room was not cold enough, the staff helped change the room and let us check out late. The hospital staff always helped carry our luggage, very enthusiastic and professional. Thank you all.

The most beautiful place to stay in Tuy Hoa. Every time I come here, I choose Sala as a stopover, whether for relaxation or business, a stay at Sala with rooms facing the Ocean is truly healing and peaceful.

The light sensor in the bathroom area of the pool cannot detect anyone in the bathroom. As soon as I entered, the lights went out and it was pitch black.

The room is beautiful, luxurious and clean, the view is beautiful because I can see the cool blue sea during the day and the city at night. You should experience it when you have the chance.

Everything was fine, the room was clean, new, fully equipped, had an iron, the staff always greeted and were enthusiastic, the breakfast was varied and delicious. The only minus point was the fish noodle counter chef, no smile, and the plates and bowls made a lot of noise.

New hotel, nice and clean rooms. Clean beach, calm sea (I went in early August) but it will be a bit deep for those who can't swim. Breakfast is varied, quite tasty. The staff are well trained, friendly and hospitable. There is also a free airport shuttle service and it is very punctual. My family is very satisfied, will come back to Sala Grand when the opportunity arises.
