The hotel staff was friendly from the time I checked in until I checked out, sorry I didn't take a picture, I think this is privacy, next time I will take a picture because I will stay here again, because the place and the atmosphere of the room are according to my wishes, and the price is worth it with the facilities and services, for the breakfast it was delivered to the room 🥰, TV, AC, there is even a mini fridge 🥰 which with the price of a room of 350 wow 🤣🥰, anyway next time I will stay here again.

Check-in was seamless and easy. The room was spacious, clean, and has the basic amenities. Wi-Fi worked well. The location is quite strategic, lots of places to eat nearby. Recommended place to stay.

I always stay here every time I visit Pematang Siantar because it's so easy to find breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Just walk out of the hotel, and there are plenty of food stalls to the right and left. 👍

so bad....everything soooooo bad....the 8.5 from traveloka is not deserved for them....from the beginning, they already give wrong information, and I should know about this hotel more, since it has karaoke room in it's hotel, they are not child friendly, in every hotel i ever stayed, there were no problem to stay with my kids on the same bed but with this hotel they push you under the rules that you have to book more rooms or get extra bed...hotel yg sangat jelek and menuntut semua serba bayar

Booked 3 rooms, only 2 were ready. Another room was only ready after 3 pm. The room has no windows, it is completely closed, fortunately it is clean. Torn towels should not be given to guests and cracked glasses should not be used again. Breakfast is delivered to the room and is too heavy to eat white rice. Parking is difficult, located on a small road even though the traffic is heavy because it is in a culinary location. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The room is not soundproof, the sound of the 5th floor karaoke can be heard in the room until 2 am. Have complained repeatedly but the situation remains the same.

Last year, I had stayed here and this is the second time I have stayed here again, but I was a bit disappointed because the soap in the bathroom was not filled, the pillowcase was yellow & not very clean. After complaining to the receptionist, the pillowcase was replaced but the soap was not filled. The room also smelled of cigarette smoke, the bathroom floor was scrubbed so that it was not slippery because there were elderly people staying there too. A bit disappointed for the second time staying here
