The hotel staff was very helpful, and it's conveniently located near Bandung Station. The hotel is very comfortable, with clean rooms, complete amenities, and fast Wi-Fi. The only downside is the breakfast menu, which could be expanded, as both times the menu is the same. Overall, though, it's good. If I ever return to Bandung, I'll definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very close to the station, close to the legendary Kebon Karet lontong curry, the hotel is comfortable even though the building is old but it is very well maintained and clean, the staff is also very good and very friendly.

I was very satisfied with my stay at Arion Suite Hotel Bandung. From the moment I arrived until check-out, the overall experience was truly pleasant. The service provided by all staff members was highly professional, attentive, and responsive. Every request was handled promptly and with genuine friendliness, making guests feel truly valued. The hospitality felt sincere, not just a formality. In terms of location, the hotel is very strategic. It is easily accessible and close to the city center, dining areas, and important destinations in Bandung, making it ideal for both business and leisure stays. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel areas was also well maintained. The room was comfortable, tidy, and clean, providing a sense of safety and relaxation throughout the stay. Special appreciation goes to the General Manager, Mr. Arief Bonafianto, who clearly prioritizes service quality and guest comfort. His leadership is reflected in the teamwork and positive attitude of the entire hotel staff. Overall, Arion Suite Hotel Bandung is an excellent choice. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to family, friends, and colleagues.

All services and facilities are good. Perhaps in the future, the TV in the bedroom will automatically log in to Netflix and similar accounts.

I booked a double room, but upon check-in, I was informed that the remaining flexible rooms were smoking-friendly, so I asked for a twin bed and the beds could be combined. + Easy check-in and check-out process + Very helpful staff + Spacious and comfortable room + Complete amenities + Room is quite soundproof + Breakfast menu is quite varied (meatballs, laksa, chicken porridge, sweet porridge, yellow rice, fried foods, cakes and breads, rice and side dishes, ginger tea, teh tarik, coffee, cereal, fruit, and more) + Strong shower pressure and just the right amount of hot water - Dust was everywhere in the room, especially in the corners and behind the bed - The TV in the room wouldn't turn on several times - The refrigerator had to be turned on first, and I had to ask the staff for help because the switch was loose, but once turned on, it made a loud noise. - The swimming pool was dirty, the water was green and a bit murky, and the shower area wasn't very clean either.

Thank God, I got a free upgrade during my long weekend in January. The room was clean and fragrant. Perfect. ☺ Only the swimming pool isn't big enough. Everything else was very good, even though the hotel is old.

I was a bit disappointed that the room was ready at 3 p.m., but the staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious. Thank you for your stay.
