Really happy to stay here, given a different experience with the creativity of the staff who suddenly dance/attractions in the kitchen/bar are so exciting!!! The bellboy is helpful, the staff at the rooftop restaurant are very friendly.. The pizza is really delicious which fun if I'm not mistaken love ittt!!

A pleasant experience. I've been wanting to stay here for a while and had the chance to stay for my son's birthday on December 25th. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff is very friendly. I was a little disappointed when I checked in. The staff gave some guests photo vouchers, but we weren't offered any, haha. However, the receptionist informed us that photos were free and we just had to register. It turns out you have to book in advance to take photos. We thought we could just check out the next day, but it turned out to be fully booked. The food was delicious but lacked variety, but the staff were incredibly friendly.

It was a pleasure to stay at this stunning hotel. In the hotel (not villa) category, it seems the only competitor to the Grand Aston Puncak Bogor is the Hotel Seruni, which also has a different concept. If I have the chance to vacation in Puncak again, I'll almost certainly stay here again.

I only stayed here for one night, but it was very memorable. The staff was very friendly. The receptionist named Bima even helped me to check in early. Sorry, I'm giving it 1 star for cleanliness. My husband also gave us criticism and suggestions when we checked out. We got a toilet with a broken/small flush, which was very annoying. 😢 Then, the tap in the room didn't work, making it very difficult to contact the hotel reception. This is my umpteenth time staying at Grand Aston Puncak and this time trying the Grande room.. the cleanliness in the corner of the "true" room is not the same as near the coffee machine it is very dusty. Then when I opened the cooler bar, it was really smelly. I immediately complained and finally replaced with a new one.. It should have been checked first, especially since this is a 5 star.. Asked for check out at 1 o'clock and was given.. breakfast was okay..
