The location is good, close to the flower city, Hanjawar, it's very cold because the location is a bit steep. Check-in took a long time, almost 4 minutes before they gave me the key. Even though the room was ready. Some of the staff were super late. Checked in to 2 rooms, one of which was a bit smelly 😏

Stayed 2 days and 1 night for a colleague's wedding. I brought my family. The hotel was super clean, comfortable, and smelled great. The view was amazing. All the food was delicious, although it sold out quickly. There was a lot of variety. There was a lack of staff in the lobby, although there were plenty of photo spots. I think I'll be back again because it was so comfortable.

Love the view and ambience from the Altius Restaurant , its so breathaking view. The room is great, good service, and the room are clean enough. But the minus is variant of the breakfast menu (not so many choice compare another 5 star hotels breakfast.

stay here because I want to go to Lembah Karmel Cikanyere from Aston Hotel only 40 minutes. breakfast while looking at nature. very enjoyable ... suggestion: for the swimming pool there is not enough stairs so it is dangerous when going down to the swimming pool you can slip and the distance down to the pool is high. the room is spacious. the staff are friendly, handsome and beautiful, their appearance is clean and neat. the taste of the food for siomay for me is not good. sorry yeah ... because I like siomay the late coffee is delicious. the yogurt is delicious, the sapodilla fruit is sweet, the sausage is delicious, the stir-fried tempeh is delicious, the porridge is delicious.

Recommended for those who want a little healing only an hour from Jakarta (if there is no traffic jam). Choose this hotel because it is easy to access on the side of the road, no need to enter the alley. The facilities are good, bringing children will definitely be happy and for parents it is also safe. Choose the deluxe panoramic, get the middle row, the view is very satisfying! Breakfast is great, everything is delicious. Just annoyed with one thing, the room next door is very noisy, that's all overall happy & worth the price!

friendly staff. beautiful mountain view..there is a beautiful garden..there is a hot swimming pool but my swimming suit and my wife are broken..breakfast is also limited but overall okay..there is a great coffee shop next to the hotel..all the staff are friendly..that's all I want to tell you
