Everything is good, the service is okay, the check-in and check-out process is also fast, parking is also assisted by security, the room is spacious and clean, the AC is cold, the TV can use Netflix, YouTube, etc., the bathroom is clean, the water is strong, there is a hair dryer too, the view is Jalan Pemuda, if you want to go to the mall, just cross to DP Mall, if you want to go to Lawang Sewu, just cross, the food is also delicious, lots of choices, recommended in the city center

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. However, the toilet's jet spray leaked, resulting in the bathroom being flooded. The food was delicious, and the access and location were excellent.

Because the guest who stayed was my guest because it was very late at night and my guest from Jakarta asked for a hotel as soon as possible. 2 rooms requested a 5-star because many were full, so my choice fell on the Queest Hotel in Pemuda. Considering the hotel was relatively new, I thought it was very good because the old Queest was also good. It turned out that my guest complained about the AC not being cold enough and at that time it was also noisy around the room. For me, the parking was very comfortable because the pick-up time for the car turn was very tight. Maybe if I brought an Alphard or Hi Ace, it would be very difficult to pick up guests in the lobby unless I wanted to go downstairs. That's all my guest complained about. Hopefully, it can be better in the future, thank you.

Stayed 2 nights at this hotel and I am not sire whether I liked it or not. First during check in I was informed that I will be tagged to smoking room, when I already put my special request for non smoking room on my reservation. I even called the hotel to ensure my reservation but they did not mention about it will be subject the availability. Second on 1st night as well, I was called at night and got info that I cant extend my extra bed since they will be full tomorrow. But when I confirmed the reservation in afternoon they did not informed anything, they only said my extended booking already ok and I can be at same room. Since I insist, they gave me the extra bed on 2nd night The parking lot is limited, they prepared for free valet parking for it. Foods was also just a so so..
