Service is definitely poor… we encountered difficulties during check-in… both the provided numbers could not be contacted via call till we finally figured to WhatsApp (which is not the instruction in the check-in guidance btw) WhatsApp response was extremely slow during the duration of our stay and even when we texted to inform them that we had checked out, there was not a single reply back Room wise is OK… not too bad, not too good, the plus side is that it can fit many people in one unit Location is not the most ideal… 20 min by car to central…

Central location. Convenient for commuting. Suitable for families. This apartment is in Landmark Plus. This building specializes in airbnb rentals. Unfortunately, the wifi is broken.

The room is quite good for family stay, if have chance will come back.

The host and staff are enthusiastically supportive. The room is quite clean, comfortable enough. However, there is only 1 elevator card, which is extremely inconvenient because our group of 4 people go back and forth at different times. When asked, the owner said that a 2-bedroom apartment only gets 1 card, a 3-bedroom apartment only gets 2 cards. I think the owner should make an additional card for the 2-bedroom apartment

The apartment was tidy, cozy, and conveniently situated in the Vinhomes neighborhood. It's important to mention that this isn't the typical tourist area of the city, but it worked perfectly for us. The communication was prompt and effective.

In general, I had a fantastic experience with Thuong's apartment. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were excellent. The room was splendid, clean, and ideal for a comfortable stay.

Refrigerator is not cleaned properly, the room is smelly, the room is quite mysterious. In the two bedrooms, the dressing table does not have a chair, which is a bit inconvenient.

The resort is in the Vinhome Landmark apartment complex. The building is 48 floors high. The apartment is for the family. The room is okay, not very new, but staying for 1 night there is nothing to complain about. If there is a problem with wifi, the staff has helped. immediate support to change apartments. Overall customer service is excellent. I rate ok even if I call late, I still support enthusiastically.
